The wheel covers on the front was to aid in air cooling the brakes btw :)

The orange things at the back are rolled up mud flaps I believe.

Lancia delta was one of my favourite beside the lancia stratos

I really want this set, but I'm disappointed that the dirt spray effect is repeated on both sides, meaning, you see the spray pattern stay the same, they just rotate the car. So you have the dirt on the passenger rear wheel, and the driver front wheel (if that makes sense). Ohh well, still a very cool set and one I'd like to get!

And the HF and Elephant are a image used since thr sixties on all lancia racing cars, it means High Fidelity.

Very nice set. I like the Martini livery.

I have a Solido 1/18 scale Peugeot 307 2004 WRC monte carlo rally that has fake snow on the paint same as the dirt on that Lancia also like completing the snow stage so Solido also do cars like that
