MINI JEEP ZS190 ENGINE SWAP 

should come with this stock or even a 250cc...

The 190's a great little engine after a couple of tweaks, you've just gotta keep on top of valve clearances and oil changes.

My friend put a 250cc gy6 with reverse off a Chinese atv/buggy into his and it hauls ass. We were gonna go the same route as you with a geared gio 250cc but after riding a gy6 powered buggy the belt drive just seems to be a whole other animal for trails. Has so much low end torque and can still pull 45mph 85ish kph in the top end. Just wish it provided the same enjoyment as shifting gears. Took some custom work to mount it but it made a fun project. Great build keep em coming.

I would love to hear What yr saying or explaining in the video abt the engine! I just bought a mini jeep 125cc gas. I put the mini jeep on layaway. I should have mini jeep by summertime. I live in Canada right now it's winter and I should mini jeep May or June. I want to know more abt the zs190 engine where can I get this engine from? And do I need some more attachments or tools and how to install into the mini jeep? Could you please help me? The music in the video makes it really difficult to listen and follow instructions. Is it possible to make a video step by step instructions please? Please leave the music out if thats possible?

why not just do a 250 cc big bore kit? alot faster to swap out the head cylnder also you dont lose your reverse gear....... this is a question not an advise statement i too have a mini and am trying to figure out best upgrade route

those starter chains fail because they receive 4 times the kickback as those chains were meant to go on a 50cc super cub not a 190. Also the gearbox is dog water on these 190s and 212s
