Thank you for your video, I bought the Easy Home one from Aldi here in Australia and I struggled all day. I then bought Gutermann thread and new needles and Voila it worked. So glad. Tried new thread and needles that came in pack and it stopped stitching so threw away all the thread and needles. So amazed that those couple of things made all the difference.🙂🙂

I very rarely leave comment,but this time i must say you saved my day,i spent 5 hours to understand what was wrong with my machine not stitching anymore.New machine one time used,first time was no problem was the way came with all in setted,when i tried second time wouldnt work anymore......then watching your video you said in some point "make sure the thread comes in needle from left...to right"...and that was my problem.i didn't think about this small detail..all sorted now...thank you for this material

hi...I saw almost all your videos about little sewing machine...I have the one with purple buttons. Its problem is none of you described..at the beginning it worked, now it doesn t sew; I mean the needle with the thread press through the material but when it comes out there is no stitch......I can see the holes that remains from the needle..

Thankyou especially for your demonstration of different thread and fabric! I never knew these could effect the quality of stitching, but it makes sense. The cheap thread I that came in the supermarket sewing pack is very uneven and even fibrous when compared to the silky looking ones in the sewing shop. I can see how it would create drag. I've just purchased a Triumph Compact machine but it loses power when the foot pedal is used (the sewing light even dims) and starts sewing itself when I begin manually sewing! I'll get to the bottom of it, but thanks for this video anyway.

Hi, your videos are really helpful. After waiting for two months I finally got my mini sewing machine but was only able to use it for an hour before the tension discs pooped off and I was unable to reattach them. Do you have any suggestions even better can you do demonstration? Thanks.

I have the easy home sewing machine and my issue is that it sews jerkily and very slowly. And sometimes when the needle is lowered into the fabric it just stays there or comes back up very slowly. I’ve also noticed that a small spring about half the size of my thumb is in the box the machine came in. I’m pretty sure it’s meant to be inside the machine somehow. Any tips?

Help Please. I have the exact same problem as you mentioned in the video with the bobbin case popping out or dislodging. I tried changing threads, and quality is as per the one you purchased from Amazon. Any suggestions? This is happening frequently.

Ah, I got 1 of the Easy Home sewing machines today since it was on special at Aldi's, I'm trying to sew cotton and it keeps glitching in various ways, right now it's doing a few stitches and then stopping. So I guess I'll change out the thread since I'm using the threads it came with. The top thread also seems to keep getting stuck on the bottom bobbin housing.

i have the purple one & it sucks. first time useing it. the stitching is very loose & not tight. the top string makes very very loose stitchees over the fabric you can see giant gaps in the stitich all the way through. used slow setting. how does it sew tight??

Hi! My machine completely stopped working. The light on the machine on my machine still works, so the plug doesn’t seem to be a problem. The light also works if I use batteries. The actual on, off, low, high button doesn’t work and the pedal doesn’t do anything either. I can still spin the wheel to do some manual stitches. Hope you can help me with this. If there’s no solution, I might begin investing in a more substantial machine.

I have a magicfly, mini and I adjusted the timing as you showed and made sure everything was right , I went to sew and at first I used a piece of paper to test and it sewed perfectly, so I used material and got nothing not one stitch, so I rethreaded it and adjusted my tension, still would sew the material but sewed the paper. Please help, I also used different material.

My hook was perfectly fine, the hook catch the thread and the needle was fine too i dont get it why my sewing machine can't sew? When i try to sew, i notice that when my needle go down the thread compress to the needle and the hook can't reach it ... :( i badly want to sew... i have many plans to do but i can't do it, i waste almost 4 days just figuring out whats wrong and it makes me frustrate :(

I always just take a different piece of embroidery thread, put it through the top of the hole and tie it to the bobbin thread. Then I pull on the embroidery thread upward. Hope this helps!

HELP PLEASE :)-i have followed your previous tutorial but once the machine starts and the thread first goes through the fabric the machine stops and makes a buzzing noise and The turning wheel gets jammed

This could be due to a couple of things. Check that the machine is threaded correctly and that the tension is not too tight. I have fixed the timing. And for the first time when I insert the bobbin, the thread is pulled out. But once I place a cloth and try stitching it doesn’t pull the bobbin thread at all. What else is going wrong?

You may have solved the problem by now, but I'll answer in case anyone else has the same question. I don't know about your machine type but generally, there is a dial (on standard sized machines for adjusting the amount of pressure on the foot so you can choose light, medium or heavy pressure depending on the thickness of your fabric. On my Janome, it's under the lid on the top of my machine. I don't know if the mini machines would have it (particularly if it's a budget machine like the little Triumph compact machine I just bought - no foot pressure dial). If you have the manual (or search for it online), it will tell you.

Does anyone know if there's a way to make it less loud? My machine makes a similar noise as in the video, and it just feels so loud... I seem to have seen the gears inside are plastic.
