Thank you for not crapping all over the brand for copying ordinary. The truth is we all could use a good affordable brand available in India with great active ingredients and being fragrance free and if this does that then why not 😋

Yeah especially imagine being crapped on by a jobless woman who has not even purchased a single product from them(disliked THAT video!) I mean, get a life woman, I don't care who rips off who. It's common in cosmetics to use a particular concentration or combination of ingredients. Wanted an honest review, got it here.

It did work for my blackheads, within 3-4 weeks I could easily extract most of them and now my nose is not that rough or textured, honestly I quite liked it 😁

@@sundaramalagesan1627 Ya me too, almost a decade. I have oily skin, I used this at night, concentrating more on chin n nose, it did a fairly good job. It could get a little drying so I do top it up with a moisturizer. You could give a try , I hope it helps you 😁❤️

I am so SICK of people jumping on this brand bc of the packaging like i don’t see you jumping on dot and key .... oh wait because YOU’RE AFFILIATED with the brand and they literally copied a korean brand. DISGUSTING. this is how i feel about all those promoters that literally bash the product and not even try whats inside. Ive been using 4 products from the minimalist and my skin has NEVER BEEN this good. I get so suspicious of influencers that over promote products like people did with mama earth. except their plump serum with HA and rosehip oil none of their products really work and same with WOW. They literally have a face wash that will over exfoliate the skin to the point of destruction. This is why I LOVE Shreya. this is why she’s the only influencer and RU-vidr me and my friends follow religiously. She focused on ingredients and pros and cons. She’s nothing but a goddess and her reviews are honest and comes from her heart. You can Literally see her hard work in all her videos.

I am using their salicylic acid and alpha arbutin. I did have some purging which is normal . So far I like it. I have seen people advertising products like plum( factory of fragnance) and I didn't even try dot& key after seeing everyone hyping it. RU-vidr like chetali chadha who bashed minimalist but there she is promoting products like Himalaya face wash plum products also scrubs which are not good. There are better products out there in market which people don't know

@@ritikachaudhuri6151 The only one time I had problem with Shreya is when I got the Plum Chamolmile Tea mask based on her review and my skin couldn't tolerate the burning sensation and skin was red after using it. I agree Plum products aren't my favourite at all even after the hype around it

Propanediol is an isomer that is a safer and non irritating humectant, unlike propylene glycol. So, if a formula specifically mentions propanediol, it's a goodie and if it is propylene glycol, it could be irritating. This is what I have found. Been using it for 1.5 months now. Slow but it's very gentle.

@@MegaNatasha1000 if u r a first timer acid user start with the minimalist 5% +HA. I have started with that then shifted to 10%+zinc. Honestly, Minimalist products are not bad at all. I hve also used their hyaluronic acid and arbutin for neck. It works. It cleared up my dark patches. This winter I will be using their squalene. Haven't ventured to retinoid 2% yet. Still a .25% user. So can't comment on that.

You don't have to start with 5% in my opinion. I'm using it since a month now and just the initial days I used it once a day and now I use it twice. Very mild. Controls oil like a pro and also I've noticed my skin brighten. So I think using the 10% serum also in the beginning won't be too strong as it's safe to go once a day for a week and then do a twice a day after that. Love that tho.

Hey . See Vanita Ratan review . This particular product is too harsh for Indian skin ( skin of colour ) so it’s better to find a exfoliant which is less harsh

For blackheads. Please try Cosrx bha power liquid or Cosrx aha bha Toner.. Those are good products and might work.. For acne and breakouts be minimalist salicylic acid is working fine for me by far..

It's a great serum for oil control and reduces a few spots I picked on here and there. Great product. Used it for a month.

It's great, I started with 5%, finished the bottle, then started with 10%. Thats how you should start to avoid any sort of irritation. It is more needed by combo/oily skin. Dry skin doesn't really need 10% because dry skin doesn't need oil sebum control, which niacinamide helps with.

They are changing their formulations dear...do check it out...they have recently came up with vitamin c which has centella asiatica water instead of aloe juice and their peptide serum which has no aloe 👍🏻

But isn't the aloe base completely processed?would it still affect you? My sister's skin doesn't like the natural aloe vera but the store bought aloe vera (that's processed & formulated) doesnt affect her at all

I loved the fact that you have provided information about each and every ingredient mentioned. So thank you so much for that. I have been using this product for almost a month now every alternative day, I have seen a difference in my blackheads nothing drastic but they have gone down, I don't dig my pores anymore, so that could potentially be a reason for some of them staying on my nose. However, when it comes to acne, I haven't experienced any major breakout since I have started using the product. I haven't seen mind blowing results so far but I would say it does work to an extent, I am waiting to finish up the entire product to make up my mind about repurchasing it but not a bad experience at all.

@@gargibindal5623 Hi Gargi, I am already using the Neutrogena face wash that has Salicylic Acid in it so I decided to not buy this serum and instead I went ahead and bought the 10% Niacinamide + Zinc serum from Minimalist. I have been using that serum for about a month and I must say that I have seen amazing results after using it consistently. So, if you're struggling with acne then I would highly recommend you go for 5% niacinamide variant if you have sensitive skin or go for the 10% niacinamide variant.😊

@@gargibindal5623 I had acne scars on my forehead and I can see that it is fading slowly. I am giving it it's own time so that it can work properly. I can say that it won't give instant results for dark spots but it will fade slowly. Also, for my hyperpigmentation and dark spots I have recently started using Alpha Arbutin 2% + Hyaluronic Acid 1% along with the Niacinamide serum.😊

Loved this product!! I was facing major acne issues and tried chemical peels, benzoyl peroxide, etc and nothing worked like this one. All my pimples cleared and oil in control. I think for blackheads, i am still using steam and extraction.

I don't understand influencers crapping on the brand (without using the products) for copying The Ordinary. I came from one such "opinion" video and she sounded so high and mighty about the copying part as if that doesn't happen anywhere else other than our "neighbouring country". I get that she has tons of money to import The Ordinary products to her home here but most of us don't. 🙄

heyyy im no expert but im obsessed with skincare videos and ive heard many times that manually extracting the blackheads can usually be the reason your blackheads arent going away you should try leaving them alone and using the salicylic acid :)

Hey! As someone who comes from stats background, my opinion on number of consumers they are testing their products on: 9 out of 10 or 8 out of 10 is just an expression that is used to put it out in layman language the effectiveness of the product. It doesn't literally means that they are actually testing on just 10 women.

Queen ❤❤ But one thing I just want to share. Propanediol and propylene glycol are called the same. They are just a lil diff. While propylene glycol is a two carbon diol and propanediol is a three carbon diol and its known to be an better alternative than propylene glycol because its a natural alternative (from corn). The old one that you are using has only propanediol. But the new one has both😑. This is why i was avoiding this product. While people get allergen to anything. A common myth ppl have that because its a petroleum bi product so its bad😂. Lemme know ur thoughts on this myths. For me i just 😂😂😂😂😂😂 But i ll try this one soon. And can you please tell me why are you aging so gracefully❤❤❤ ur looking younger every single day🥺🥺 goddess❤❤❤

When it comes to aging, face massage is really important to do every single day. You might want to consider that. Face massage really helps aging slower. Use a facial oil or a good moisture and massage your face in certain directions which can slow your skin aging process. ❤️ It works for everyone. Trust me.

Hi, Came accross your video where you told how bad you wanted your RED hair colour to stay, I couldn't help but text you to try out "STREAX ARGAN SECRETS HAIR COLOURANT" in shade again flame red pair it up with individually bought 20 volume developer and it would easily last for 5-6 washes further for 1-2 months it would stay orangish pinkish tone. Further you can try out crazy colour or again streax punky colour range available on nykaa .( I haven't tried them myself though) Happy to have helped.🖤🍀

I use otc sal acid from the pharmacy after my daytime skincare as spot treatment for the stray pimples that appear during my periods. I follow my nighttime routine with a spot of benzoyld peroxide cream also from the pharmacy. I think if it's pimple treatment for 1-2 breakouts that ur looking for and ur looking for salicylic acid then no need to get another serum for that. I do spend a lot of time and money on skincare but I'm not going to buy another additional serum just for a few pimples here and there.

Stop extracting blackheads and use adapalene gel 0.1%. Extracting blackheads can make them come back quicker.

It stopped acne break outs for 2 months but now again breakouts are back. So it's useless. Even scars are also darkened then before

Hey sreya no hate comment but just to let everyone know that there have been studies showing that salicylic acid don't actually need to be in a lower ph in order to work effectively (also a low ph don't make it more effective) because it is not a strong poller molecule so the best thing for a brand to do is to keep the ph near 5 so it's more comfortable for the skin Your videos are always very interesting ❤️❤️.

I love the be minimalist 10% niacinamide for 2 month.I just love this. this is a holy grail product. We have to support Indian brand like be minimalist which assure us 6 skin clean marks(fragrance free). I also ordered be minimalist aloha arbutin , salicylic acid serum. Don't hear my frnds😇
