I forgot one appointment one time. I went next day and I was waiting 8 hours till they let me in. And of course everything got delayed like 2 months more 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🙈. I learn that in the hard way. And I complete agree with number 3. But what I basically don’t understand why there is no people speaking other languages, is the place where everyone from a different country, then… they really expect that you arrive to CZ and speak in the first weeks? Crazy, but I think is everywhere like that.

Hey, hope you're doing well. Today's day number 82 and I have still not received a decision of my long term student visa. I emailed the embassy but they didnt bother replying probably because they dont have an answer. I understand that all I can do is wait for the ministry of interior to issue a decision , because they dont care about deadlines but is it possible that they have maybe lost my file or completely forgotten that they were working on it or something ? Is there anything else that I can do before I send them a letter regarding this? Thing is I have been deferred by my uni due to this visa delay to September of 2023. Could it be that my documents are correct but the deferment has confused them on what decision to make?.I dont mind getting rejected, I just want to get a decision so I can begin my process earlier this time if it's necessary incase of rejection. Thank you for any advice, much appreciated :)

Hi Jan, my wife and child long term visa for purpose of family has approved but Ministry only gave the visa validity only until end of July 2023. My worries is that my wife and child will arrive here 2nd of July. Will it be possible to immediately apply for extension during their first visit to Ministry? I am a holder of Permanent residence Permit btw. Thank you for your response.

Please, how long does it take the ministry of interior to communicate the reason for rejection of one's visa and will they communicate it? Please,help sir

bruh I've applied for an employee card residency back in 22th August and still no response from the MOI 💀💀. The Czech consulate gave me 60-90 days for a response, I guess that only counts working days? If not I'm just gonna give up, my employers are pretty mad about this waiting game

The one I went was a total gong show. It was ran like an auction, theres no lineup at all , you dont take a number like what Im used to in an organized government institution. Everyone just shouts their mouth off and they kina prioritize off the top of their heads, when it gets too crazy they dont remember who came first and ppl are just screamin at em like wtf, it's so unbelievable that can happen, youd think they would know better if they work for the government.
