My boat is probably a little heavy for this motor but it does the job unless the wind is really going.->**lovy.biz/68gq?Q95** It trolls at the right speed and when I need to move I turn it up to 5 and I can move along pretty well. The trigger to lift the motor is a little bit of a hassle when you need to lift it fast and your hitting the bottom, but that is more of a user error. Be aware of your depth. In order to have the motor be 12 inches in the water I'm using the whole length of the pole, but it works. Make sure your battery is fully charged before going out.*
