The main question I have, is does it surprise anyone the team won the games they did, or lost the games they did ? It's a .500 club, until ownership decides they really want to win.

If Karloff could play more he would hit better! He’s lost his touch being on the bench more, ten days everyday playing in Saint Paul will get him back on track. Rocco isn’t so smart with his platooning and I question the batting coach’s ability.

It sucks being a twins fan. I'm shocked they won a couple world series tbh. But that was before I was alive. And I'm 30 so.

They had Kirby back then. He was the catalyst that drove this team to win. They haven’t had anyone like him since.

@robertharrie4513 just seems like baseball is all about the money you spend. And the twins don't spend much. So how are they ever going to be successful in this modern age?

@@FtwBohl the two teams in the World Series last year were the Diamondbacks and the Rangers. The Rangers were just above the median in payroll and the Diamondbacks were near the bottom. The Padres had one on the highest payrolls as did the Mets and they both sucked. There is not a direct correlation with payroll and success. That being said I think the Twins should have added a free agent starting pitcher and another right handed bat. The biggest problem I think with the Twins is they don’t have that alpha dog like Kirby was.
