My wife and I saw her in Nashville. My wife loved Minnie and was ecstatic to see her. After the show Minnie came over to us to say hi. She asked us a few questions and thanked us for coming to see her. Nice lady for sure!

I was lucky to see Minnie Pearl perform quite a few times when I lived in Nashville. Loved everyone of those. Glad I took the time to do things while I lived there.

Minnie Pearl was a Country icon,I remember her as a child and could never forget her as that tag in her hat made me know who she was,and funny,entertaining,and loved by all fans!Thank you Jordan!

Wonderful lady 😊 I had the privilege of seeing Minnie Pearl & Roy Acuff live at the Opry in 1987.

She is such a great performer. Growing up I had the privilege of seeing her at the Ryman Auditorium. Growing up in the 1960s I would travel to Mississippi to see my grandparents, I would go often to Nashville and the Ryman.

Thanks Jordan. We all loved Minnie Pearl. My Great Grandmother was name Minnie Bell. My in laws loved Hee Haw and watching The Grand Ole Opry. I bought my Mother in Law DVDs of Hee Haw, I'll share this with her later after supper when she and I will have some quiet time together before she go to bed. She's in her 80s now. HowDEEE! Watching HeeHaw as a kid brings back a lot of childhood memories. Minnie was one of my favorite entertainers on the show along with Buck Owens and Roy Clark. Who could forget the corn stalks?! Ugh, I'm ageing myself here, ain't I? That's awesome that she's been memorialized like that. Thank you for showing u and bringing back memories.

This was great Jordan. I grew up in Nashville and loved Hee Haw. I received Minnies' autobiography for Christmas back in the mid 80s when it came out, even met Joan Dew the lady that co- wrote the book with her. Minnie came into a store where I worked a few years later, she was laughing and smiling, the type of person that makes you feel good in their presence. I live 10 minutes from My Hope Cemetery, I'll have to pay her a visit. Thanks again Jordan and Jah🙂💕🌞🌼🏵️🌸

There’s a cancer center at my local hospital (Williamson Medical Center) that she funded, and was named after her (Sarah Cannon). She was a philanthropist and all-around great person, much like Dolly Parton.

Little child (me) on Long Island , New York, watching all that variety television - remembers her with great detail. This was so awesome to see where she grew up and she how she started her career. By the way thanks for showing a little clip of handsome Jah taking his nap next to his best pal.

🦁 I stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Nashville, TN and at the front desk reception area is a MASSIVE art piece of Minnie Pearl’s famous photo with her 👒 and in the actual rooms are photo’s of Dolly Parton and Minnie Pearl. On the roof top is a Massive head bust of Dolly Parton. Give Jah a belly rub from me. Safe travels.

Very cool video Jordan I enjoyed this one I have been a mini pearl fan ever since I was small I grew up in Michigan but we always watched hee Haw for some reason it was just one of those shows that my mom and dad like so I grew up watching mini pearl didn't know a lot of that stuff about her thanks for the information about her it was really cool seeing that she could have took another life path if a couple things were different but thanks man was great and then once again make sure you pet Mr. Jah for me take care my friend God bless. 👍✌️😁

My grandmother grew up “next door” to her, just a few years older. She would almost always tell people that she met that she knew “Minnie Pearl”. My grandma had that same distinct Tennessee voice and disposition!

This is really cool! I live just outside of Centerville (still in Hickman Co). My grandfather graduated from high school with her (a class of just a handful of people), and they were very good friends, because they were both interested in things like classic American literature, art, music, and philosophy. I wish I had found your channel before you came, and I could've set up a meeting with our Minnie Pearl historian, who is also her niece. But it looks like you have a good knowledge of her history.
