Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream: Four Recipes
As you all know, I love my Ninja Creami. Today I'm showing your my go to base recipe, and how to customize it to make all your favorite flavours. Make sure to experiment with different bases and mixins, to find the perfect flavour for you.
Heres my Base Recipe:
1 cup 2% milk or chocolate milk
1 scoop Leanfit Chocolate or Vanilla Whey Protein (essential to make the ice cream so thick and creamy) code Ninja_creami_recipes for 25% off
1 tbsp instant pudding mix ( you can find this is so many different flavours, which add a thick texture, flavour, and sweetness to the base)
Other base addins:
1-2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1-2 tbsp sugar free syrups (caramel, white chocolate, butterscotch, snickers, vanilla)
1 tbsp cream cheese (adds a tanginess and creaminess)
1/2-1 tsp extract ( vanilla, mint, almond, coconut, cheesecake, etc)
Mix together the base ingredients.
Freeze at least 24 hours
Spin on lite ice cream
Mixture will probably need a respin, so add 1-2 tbsp milk and respin
Add your favorite mixins, that pair with the base flavour
Spin on the mixin setting, or hand mixin.

Oreos/ Oreo thins
Brownie Chunks
Peanut butter
Jams/spreads
Crushed up peanuts, walnuts
Edible Cookie dough
Reeses Pieces
Chocolate, melted
Chocolate, chopped

Pistachio:
2% milk + vanilla protein + pistachio pudding
Mixins: 1 tbsp peanut butter + 1 golden oreo
Mint Brownie:
2% milk + vanilla protein + vanilla pudding + 1/4 tsp mint extract
Mixins: Crumbled brownie cookie
Caramel Stroopwafel:
2% milk + vanilla protein + 1 tbsp caramel pudding + 1 tbsp caramel sugar free syrup
Mixins: 1/2 caramel stroopwafel cookie
2% milk + chocolate protein + 1 tbsp chocolate pudding + 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
Mixins: 1 tbsp M&M's + 1 tbsp American Dream Nut Butter Peanut Butter
