This mojito paris well with stuffed parathas, tandoori dishes, grilled dishes and pulao. I have used Mint and Coriander chutney in this lassi.
Mint Chutney can be used in different ways , its not only a condiment but a base for many such recipes.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Each Equal Portion of Cleaned Mint and Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Coarse Salt
1 Inch Ginger
2 Tbsp Panipuri Masala or Jaljeera Powder
1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
2 Cups Sprite
mint leaves for garnish
