This cine lens has several important disadvantages for digital camera use, even if you exclude the problems of the small format, the now obsolete mount, and the various limitations of vintage lenses. Among these, I was not satisfied with the small lens size and the compact and rough focus and aperture setting controls. And the front filter thread of the lens is 35.5mm, and if you attach a step-up ring adapter to this place to use filters, the Mir-11M 12mm lens will face vignetting in the peripheral area of the image even in S16 mode.
I wanted to improve the convenience of manual focus and aperture setting and filter attachment while maintaining the existing housing part of the lens, and to prevent vignetting. Because it is a small lens, I had to model a structure that shares the aperture control unit and the filter connection unit together. It is a pity that the front filter thread rotates according to the aperture operation, but I think it will not cause any problems other than the polarizing filter.
The focus gear section has been improved to allow for a more secure lock using an M4 screw. The newly added front housing section is also secured in the same way. The M32 to M39 adapter has been slightly modified to fit the size of the M39 to L/M adapter.
Mir-11M 2/12 is designed to maintain the function of checking the aperture setting display through the front, and the index for checking the focusing distance is designed to be possible from below (rear) of the focus gear part.
Vega 7-1 2/20 does not vignette even when a 35.5mm filter or step-up ring is attached, but for the sake of uniformity in the appearance and operation of the two lenses, it was 3D modeled with the same appearance. I am concerned about the inconvenience of having to check the aperture value and distance display information between the narrow gap between the front housing and the focus gear housing.
The helicoid for focusing the lens is not very good in terms of focus operation due to its small size and stiff old lubricant, but it has the advantage of fine distance adjustment. I wanted to make it more sturdy and easy to attach and remove by using an M39 to Leica M mount adapter. And it can be used for fast focusing and close-up shooting by attaching it to the 'L/M to E mount helicoid adapter'.

이 시네 렌즈는 디지털 카메라 사용에 있어 소형 포맷, 현재 구식인 마운트, 빈티지 렌즈의 다양한 한계 등의 문제를 제외하더라도 몇 가지 중요한 단점이 있습니다. 그 중에서도 작은 렌즈 크기와 콤팩트하고 거친 초점 및 조리개 설정 컨트롤이 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 그리고 렌즈의 전면 필터 나사산은 35.5mm이며, 여기에 스텝업 링 어댑터를 부착하여 필터를 사용하면 Mir-11M 12mm 렌즈는 S16 모드에서도 이미지의 주변부에서 비네팅을 마주하게 됩니다.
렌즈의 기존 하우징 부분을 유지하면서 수동 초점과 조리개 설정 및 필터 부착의 편의성을 높이고 비네팅을 방지하고 싶었습니다. 작은 렌즈이기 때문에 조리개 조절부와 필터 연결부를 함께 공유하는 구조로 모델링을 해야 했습니다. 조리개 작동에 따라 전면 필터 나사산이 회전하는 점은 아쉽지만 편광 필터 외에는 문제가 없을 것 같습니다.
포커스 기어 부분은 M4 나사를 사용하여 보다 안전하게 고정할 수 있도록 개선되었습니다. 새로 추가된 전면 하우징 부분도 같은 방식으로 고정됩니다. M32-M39 어댑터는 M39-L/M 어댑터의 크기에 맞게 약간 수정되었습니다.
Mir-11M 2/12는 전면을 통해 조리개 설정 표시를 확인하는 기능을 유지하도록 설계되었으며, 초점 거리를 확인하기 위한 인덱스는 초점 기어 부분 아래(후면)에서 가능하도록 설계되었습니다.
Vega 7-1 2/20은 35.5mm 필터나 승압링을 장착해도 비네팅이 발생하지 않으나, 두 렌즈의 외형과 동작의 균일성을 위해 동일한 외형으로 3D 모델링 하였습니다. 전면 하우징과 포커스 기어 하우징 사이의 좁은 틈 사이에 조리개 값과 거리 표시 정보를 확인해야 하는 불편함이 우려됩니다.
렌즈의 초점을 맞추는 헬리코이드는 작은 크기와 뻣뻣한 구식 윤활제 때문에 초점 동작이 별로 좋지 않지만 미세한 거리 조절이 가능한 장점이 있습니다. M39-Leica M 마운트 어댑터를 사용하여 더 견고하고 쉽게 부착하고 제거할 수 있도록 만들고 싶었습니다. 그리고 'L/M to E 마운트 헬리코이드 어댑터'에 장착하여 빠른 초점 및 근접 촬영에 사용할 수 있습니다.
