Deviled eggs
Deviled eggs su idealno hladno predjelo ili doručak za čiju je pripremu potrebno maksimalno 15 minuta. Jednostavno se priprema i ne zahtijeva mnogo namirnica. Uz njega se može servirati zelena salata ili mesna plata. Može se poslužiti kao prilog uz hladno servirano pečenje.
Sastojci
Jaja 6 kom
Kašičica senfa
Kopar sušeni ili svježi
Malo maslinovog ulja
60 g ribanog parmezana
So, biber
Chili u prahu po želji
Za namaz
100 g feta sira
100 g mladog sira
Svježi peršun
Malo maslinovog ulja
Maslinovo ulje
12 šnita hljeba od bageta
Priprema:
Isjeći baget na 12 šnita, zapeći ih s obje strane, u tavi na maslinovom ulju.
Jaja tvrdo skuhati (nakon vrenja 8 minuta). Popoloviti ih i izvaditi žumance.
Žumance pomiješati sa senfom, koprom i parmezanom, maslinovim uljem, te posoliti i pobiberiti ili dodati chili ako volite pikantno.
U drugu posudu pripremiti namaz: pomiješati fetu, mladi sir, peršun i maslinovo ulje.
Na tostirane kriške hljeba nanijeti namaz, a polovice jaja napuniti smjesom od žumanjaka i servirati polovice na tostove.
Dekorisati po želji. Prijatno!

Preparation:
Cut the baguette into 12 slices, fry them on both sides, in a pan on olive oil.
Boil eggs hard (after boiling for 8 minutes). Halve them and take out the yolks.
Mix the egg yolks with mustard, dill and parmesan, olive oil, and salt and pepper, or add chili if you like spicy.
In another bowl, prepare the spread: mix feta, young cheese, parsley, and olive oil.
Spread the spread on the toasted slices of bread, fill the egg halves with the egg yolk mixture and serve the halves on toast.
Decorate as desired. Pleasant!
