this looks great! Thank you so very much for including the kind of chili used! It is so frustrating here in the USA to know what "a green/red/large chili" means. I would love to make this with rice or potatoes. And can we use date sugar instead of the jaggery? Seems closer than the cane/beet sugar of the west. Thanks!
If u are using this gravy for chappathi, tomato puree will be good. If u use this for pulao or any jeera rice etc u can use tamarind. It is in our tastebuds
You can try by applying some oil. Personally I am not a fan of air frying, so I would never do it. They dehydrate the vegetables and make them tasteless. 😊👍
Thanks for the tip. Will try. It's true that vegs get little dehydrated in airfrier but it works very well for wholewheat samosas kachoris gujiyas mathri French fries nd chips.
