For such a young farrier he has an amazing knowledge for doing this job. You can tell he cares , that makes a big difference.

I am always amazed at using serious heat then tacks on a hoof. Elijah is an excellent knowledgable farrier

Mirri seems to be doing well. It sounds like her hoof is getting a bit better even if it'll never be totally normal. The horses are really fortunate to have Elijah and Dr. Nancy working together. Mirri and Ginger both get a chance at a happy life because of that.

Elijah ist ein fantastischer Hufschmied. So ruhig im Umgang mit den Pferden, so intelligent und mit einem großartigen Sachverstand. Ich schaue jedesmal mit viel Freude seiner Arbeit zu. In Kobination mIt Dr. NANCY ein großer Gewinn für die Pferde. Die ja allesamt meist Probleme mit den Hufen haben. ❤❤❤

So how is the Tennessee walker doing with the ear treatments. Haven’t heard anything except you were treating both ears

Just cut that top lump off above the hoof as that lump is going to be painful but leave the hoof as it is growing back and I have seen a racehorse still running and he won his race after he did the same thing to his hoof as a foal and they got the hoof to grow back by using a rubber boot shoe that had clamps that gripped the hoof wall and used nails as well and the rubber had protected the under side and the outer hoof wall and it made the hoof come together better and stronger and use bio hoof care powder with calcium in the mares food and you will get a shock about how strong the hoofs will be and my first horse had very bad hoofs he could not keep shoes on and if the bio hoof powder did not work I would of had to put him to sleep as he was so sore he could not walk with out any shoe his feet was weak from lack of food before I got him and I had him for three years on a free lease but I had to send him back because he Nilly killed me he was skin and bone when I first got him and when I sent him back he just fitted into a single horse float he was not fat just muscle I am sad that I had to send him back but he went crazy from to much antibiotics after ripping his front hoof off by getting it trapped in a wire fence
