Thank you NOI! After a 3 year journey to a one year remission of really bad CRPS....I have used your GMI and mirror therapy as a core of my independent ownership of getting better...and avoiding ketamine coma therapy....that was what lit the fire under me to utilize the 'tools' I had researched. Thank you. Love being empowered. You guys rock!
Thank you. I will being getting out the cardboard and sticky stuff. I have been diagnosed with CRPS and your non invasive therapy will be an added bonus.
From complications from massive head or brain truma, severe heat stroke, multiple concussion syndrome, post concussion syndrome to a full blown stroke - this mirror box therapy works. This especially helpful if physical therapy is either not working or too expensive. Just make sure your mirror is perfectly straight and void of angle or tilt. If it is not straight, it will only cause pain and cause interference with brain recovery. It takes time, but remember that the brain is the organ with the slowest recovery; so don't be discouraged. This is especially helpful to combat veterans and currently serving military servicemen and women recovering from brain, neurological, motor skill damage. Bonne chance!
I shall be trying this out after 6 months without improvement for my wrist drop - link provided by a former patient of yours I believe! I had never heard of this previously, but it makes sense in terms of trying to fool the brain - not finished video yet and I'm already convinced :) Thank you David Butler for posting this video. Much appreciated.
@@mustafasarca9590 no progress. Now 6.5 years later. Damage to the radial nerve in the brachial plexus. I have been diagnosed eight Hereditary Neuralgic Amyotrophy.
It's amazing to see this. Where can I reach you, David, to ask more about what it can do and how to purchase one? I'm trying to interest my stroke groups so I believe I must set the example.
Is there any experiance with mirror therapy in CP? I mean whoes got for example Hemiparesis, or Tetraparesis Spastica with right or left sided involvment, with good cognitive functions.
I’m DX w/ neuropathy, have burning and tingling in my feet. The right one gives me the most discomfort. Do you recommend this for the condition I’m experiencing?
Hi David. Great video. I would like to use this youtube video as a link for an online hand therapy education class. How do I get your permission to do so? Thank you, Colette
George PNF ...did u find out which hand is in box? From what he’s saying it sounds like the affected hand but I’m confused as he didn’t move that at times. I’ll google it
A useful video but a quick question. In the video, you watch the moving hand. Would it not be better to watch the reflected hand in the mirror? Thanks Barry
Didn't he then tilt forward and look at the reflection after showing the movements? I close the eye closest to the non effected hand to make it look more real.
that ragin bull I have CRPS from wrist fracture. Only half mobility and also a lot of pain n abnormal sensations. Let me know what uve done to help this x
