I swear the only people to have noticed how Penelope feels are her sisters and Lady Bridgerton (as well as Marina). And Cressida of all people! This is why I think Eloise's season will be Six. She has a lot of growing up to do, a lot of finding herself in difficult situations where there are no simple answers, which involve people she genuinely cares for. Hence my guess is that Benedict is S4 and Francesca is S5 (if you know, then you know).
