Mirror's Edge Catalyst Rain - Rain Potion 

Mirror's Edge Catalyst was released in 2016 as an open-world sequel to the unique parkour gameplay style Mirror's Edge.
Despite allowing players to free-roam the City of Glass, the game has no dynamic weather system. Only time we encounter rain is during the opening section of the game during the in-game tutorial. The bright neon lights of the city combined with modern and minimalist architecture design give a unique atmosphere to this part of the game. The rain enhances the environment and reflects the multiple light sources found in the scene. A shame the same care was not implemented in the open-world part of the game - probably due to budget and time constrains.
