Can't completely blame her for being "biased" considering that she is Venezuelan herself, and considering how big the Venezuelan representation was that night. There was a huge Venezuelan representation was that night. The current Miss Universe (Alicia Machado) at the time was Venezuelan. Miss Universe 1981, and huge Venezuelan political figure, Irene Saez, was also there to accept a special Miss U award. I'm sure Herrera felt special pressure to pave the way for Miss Venezuela to the crown at all cost as she probably didn't to get mauled to death afterwards.
It’s not an Interview Competition anymore but Steve Harvey interviews them whenever they are called in the semifinals.. but the new Miss Universe format has a lot of talking nowadays.
No entiendo porque venezuela tuvo el puntaje más bajo, solo le hicieron una pregunta y la respondió acorde a lo que pregunto y el resto fue un baile propiciado por el conductor.
Ahor entiendo porq Venezuela no gano, osea CERO ACTITUD y se veia super aburrida y sin gracia, HERMOSA SIIII...Pero Estados Unidos se la gano por su personalidad y simpatia.
