In case you don't know guys, her Orange Gown is inspired by Ibong Adarna (A Mythical Philippine Bird). Her Red Gown is inspired by the Lava of Mayon Volcano (because her Mom is from Albay, where the Mayon Volcano is located) her ear cuff is inspired by our Philippine flag, 3 stars and a sun. She incorporated everything that represents Philippines in everything she wore. Thank you for the reaction by the way 😇😉😘

The fact that South Africa won before and gave the crown to Philippines in 2018 and now in 2019, Philippines also gave the crown to South Africa. The fact that all the Philippine Winners' signature gown formed the whole Philippine flag made it look like it was planned from the beginning Gloria having yellow Margie having White Pia having blue And now Catriona having red Ang layo na ng naabot natin guys❤❤What incredible fate and coincidence.

I remember the day when Catriona was crowned as Miss U. I was in front of my advisory class and I am discussing the things that we need to finish for the choral competition that month. I noticed that my students were so quiet and keep on looking on their bags. I have no idea what were they looking at that's whyI asked them what makes them busy. They answered me that Catriona is about to answer the final question. So, when they told me that, I told them to project it on our Smart TV inside of our classroom so that everyone could watch it. After that moment, I went out to go to our office. After a minute, I heard them shouting, so I ran fast to see what is happening to them. I found out that they are celebrating coz, Ms. Catriona was announced as the winner.. 🤣🤣🤣

What made her powerful, even through watching her from the screen, is that she doesn't wish for the crown. She enjoys and gives her best for each portion she gets into. No stress, just content with whatever is given, but at the same time feeling it, giving your best to it. That's the beauty of not always being the winner in life. It humbles you. It gives you content and the confidence that even if you lose, you won't regret a thing because it has happened to you a lot in life and that you've learned to anticipate it with such genuine positivity. So she wasn't scared of not being the winner, she made every moment memorable to her, savouring it, as if it's her last, enjoying every walk, every smile, every eye contact, every answer, everything. Plus, that passion for children, her creativity, is what added so much spice to her that no one. NO ONE can ever compare. No One Could Ever Beat Catriona

As Miss Universe, she gets 250,000 dollars after winning.(i think its the amt.) She gets to wear the Crown worth 130,000. (But i think she uses a replica lesser worth on her travel ) She stays in a luxurious Hotel/Apartment in New York for free. She gets to travel to different Countries, Sponsorship, commercials, Ads, Most of Miss Universe pageants in each Country, she'd probably be a guest/judge, Monthly salary from Miss Universe, a lot of free stuff, voluntary works or charities :) She went from 700,000 followers in Instagram to 4Million after winning.

Philippines' daring style seemed to be the norm on succeeding miss universe runs. She definitely set the trend for these colorful, daring, skyhigh slit gowns.

I've never been interested in Miss Universe until Miss Pia and Miss Catriona got the title..... For me, Queen Cat is the most natural and adorably intelligent Miss Universe! I feel sad that her reign has ended but for sure she'll continue being an inspiration to everyone.

Miss Universe is a job and a responsibility for a year or even after her reign she can still continue to fulfill what the title is all about and what a woman can do to the society empowering women all over the world that they are more than just being a woman. There is a preliminary stage prior to the coronation night. By tthen, the judges will have time to evaluate and observe the candidates by series of interviews, activities, getting along with others, behavior, ppersonality and attitude. Winner become a spoke person and a representative for the organization for their charity events and other social activities, engagements and endorsements. She should have a platforms like HIV & AIDS awareness, education, family values, health etc. Technically, Miss Universe is a goodwill ambassador to the human kind or to the universe. An ambassador for love, peace, acceptance, inclusions, equality and understanding people regardless of race, religions, cultures and differences. She will also receive a whole year salary from the organization and other stuff like health and skin care, dental, media tour, interviews , charity events, etc. That is why it's a huge obligation and commitment. This isn't about a physical beauty alone. It's about a woman of substance. To be miss universe requires a strong heart and a prepared mind to do the job and to represent the organization in the society and to show what is being Miss universe is all about. The biggest misconception about pageants are many people thinks it's a disrespectful of women. But if you will dig the history. It's all started in 1952 and until now 2019, Miss Universe is the greatest show on the planet changing the face of the women to the society in more dignified and enthusiast. Miss universe is an iconic public figure that influence millions of women from around the world that as a woman, you have all the rights to showcase what a woman can do and what a woman is...
