Celeste and R'bonney are both half Filipinos but R'bonney is more vocal , proud and showy of her being half Filipino even if she's representing USA. Unlike other half Filipino contestants who just go to Philippines to be representative knowing their looks will easily beat the locals and take advantage on how much Filipinos support beauty pageants.
People will continue to doubt her and underestimate her, but that crown was meant for her, it was her moment and it showed throughout her journey how much she truly deserved it💕 Continue to inspire and use your platform to advocate for those who can’t. I've never heard of Celeste, but I watched Miss Gabriel saw her win the Miss USA and saw her in the news she always brings up her Filipino heritage which is so cool, I'm proud of her it's a win win to USA and the Philippines 🤗👍🇺🇲🇵🇭
In all the local beauty pageants she joined in the past, she always showcased her being a Filipino by making her own Filipino gowns and costumes herself.

Despite all the negative comments and accusations of a rigged competition her spirit and unwavering belief in herself and honest representation made her win the title of Miss USA. Eventually the most coveted title, Miss Universe, was conferred to her by the judges. Proof enough that she truly deserves the honor. Admirably her pride of her heritage as half Filipino make us proud. I am a Filipino.
Even if the Philippines' Miss Universe candidate didn't win in the recent beauty pageant, but we Filipinos should have to be happy because Miss Universe crown has won by half-Filipina-American who represents the USA.
True. It's like Philippines also won. In fact, even in all the past local pageants Miss USA joined , she's always showcasing her being a half Filipino. She must really be very good for the organization to still consider her as USA representative , and they're not mistaken now that she won the crown.
