@@Violet13447 There hasn't been a Swimsuit competition in Miss World for the longest time And if you really wanted to be a Miss World then you should've at least known that.
@M E Oh you didn't just criticize our dances. Y'all gringos and european people dont know how to move any part of your bodies. Come to Latin America, your ass will hurt in half an hour of dancing.
@@morita136479 I didn't think they meant any offense, I think they meant that they also did Latin America dirty when they had them just waving their skirts around! ^^'
Antonella Candia EuRoPEAn PeOPle DoNt KnOW hoW tO mOVe sis educate yourself r u trying to tell me the spanish can't dance? Flamenco is literally one of the hardest dances 💀
The polish dress was correct and that was the only thing correct about the entire peace of Spain and Poland because the music was wrong and the headpeace for the polish dress was wrong and the Spanish dress was wayyy off im upset about it
The spanish dress and dance was kinda ok. The music it's what I don't get. About the dresses, each year there's a new trend to flamenco dresses, and this one was pretty recent. But you can perfectly see someone wearing it in Sevilla's fair, so I guess it's right 😂😂
Daria Gorzkiewicz i see you are an ,,folk expert’’ well song is 100% POLISH and it is called kujawiak and the song is called ,,Kujawianki głuszyńskie’’
@@linanae1 so I think they should out and Aboriginal representant... Dont get me wrong but what is disrespecting about dancing? I mean I am white and I am dancing afrobeat? Is it racist? I don't think so its just appreciation for culture. Many black people I know are dancing flamenco. Is it disrespectful? Nah i dont think so
@@angelyromano3075 it was okay...folklorico is traditional and it's not an easy thing to do I understand lasso isn't either but that's not a female led thing nor is it a dance.
But but.. Spain and Poland together?!?!?! That music sounded nothing like spanish folklore, and has nothing to do with the dress 🤦🤦🤦🤦 embarrasing to watch, why Spain is so bad treated in this kind of stuff....
Exactly my thought. I don't understand as this music did no explose neither polish folklore as it is much more lively than just spinning around... I was very dissapointed and felt sorry for both of them.
Everyone is so confused in this comment section, it is called DIVERSITY.. you are not ORIGINAL anymore. Get it? This is what diversity means..DON'T stand out as a European, we have to be all the same..only OTHER people are allowed to be themselves.
The Caribbean girls were my favorite ones by far! I'm from Honduras and I wish we had a closer relstionship with the English-speaking countries of the Caribbean, our Caribbean brothers and sisters. ☺
I think she was trying to represent the French culture of Quebec...but her ballet technique was awful and they should have had her do a different style. Ballet is too difficult for most people.
Unicorn WitchPrincess except there are many aspects of quebecois culture that are fascinating and uniquely French Canadian, and ballet is not one of them. They could have had her do a jigue with a tuque and a ceinture fléchée and it would have been accurate.
@@ManuelRodriguez-fi8mt pero siempre mandan esos bailes Recuerda a Mariana meruben cuando bailo la danza del venado y ahora Vanessa vestida de charro Llamaron mucho la atención
It's not about stereotypes. It's about shoving culture of the country. I don't know if I can speak for every country, but a lot of them are very proud on their traditional dances and clothes (I can deffinitaly speak for my Slovakia).
@@ells_sx That was HILARIOUS!! 😂 Poor Scotland looked so lost they should have put Poland in the group instead of pairing her with Spain, would have made a bit more sense!
That didn't organize this well at all. I liked how that had their flags but other than that . . . Not good. They should have done one by one spotlight on them stage dark one minute or less one dance. I'm also trying to figure out what that song their playing in the beginning but can't find it anywhere.
Si lo que quiso hacer fue un Jaripeo o algo de charreria le faltó mucho mover los pies, pero si el traje de charro es muuuuy común aquí en México es una parte muy importante de la cultura mexicana
I saw some people being mad at Mexico for not showing jarabe tapatío. However, this was a charro look, and if you know Mexican culture, you'll be aware that this look is also very representative of Mexico. Especially in Northern Mexico, we have jaripeos, cabalgatas, bailes como el quebradita, polka norteña, y si, también el típico lazo ranchero mexicano. So, don't act like this doesn't represent Mexico because it does! Also, this girl was amazingly bold for wearing pants unlike all the other girls, she did something different, and it was amazing. She is puro orgullo Mexicano!!🇲🇽❤ One thing tho, she deserved more solo time :(
i think that 2013 miss world was the best one. although it didnt let all girls have their shine, it was way better then putting people who come from the same continent in for the dance at one part

It was that performance, the clothing and the music so different from the typical girlish stuff that was key for her to win that year, it called the judges attention.
