Badd Medicine here and its reaction time
After fleeing from a stage show, the illusionists (Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson) known as the Four Horsemen find themselves in more trouble in Macau, China. Devious tech wizard Walter Mabry (Daniel Radcliffe) forces the infamous magicians to steal a powerful chip that can control all of the world's computers. Meanwhile, vengeful FBI agent Dylan Rhodes (Mark Ruffalo) hatches his own plot against Thaddeus Bradley (Morgan Freeman), the man he blames for the death of his father.
Now You See Me and the second installment in the Now You See Me series. The film stars an ensemble cast that includes Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, Daniel Radcliffe, Lizzy Caplan, Jay Chou, Sanaa Lathan, Michael Caine, and Morgan Freeman. The plot has the Four Horsemen and their leader Dylan Rhodes recruited by Walter Mabry, a criminal mastermind, to steal a data chip.

This felt exactly like any unplanned sequel to a successful first outing. More back story, new characters, more implausibility, yada yada yada. Not bad, not good, but if you liked the first - basically welcome back to 'this' world - have some dessert. The first rode a wave of smugness that never went away.

Omg. For real. Oak going off was amazing. I felt the same way about this movie. It’s not supernatural, so I’m supposed to believe this? There is a fine line between reality and fantasy. Unfortunately for this movie, it was just over the line that it took me out. Seems it should’ve been a parody instead of the more serious tone. But yes. More movies to piss off Oak.

So much conflict during the reviews...😜🤣 I'm almost afraid to say it, BUT, I like this movie. I know it asks you to "suspend belief," maybe a little too much. But, for an afternoon of just being entertained, the misdirections, special effects and, especially, the cast...yes, I can watch it and be happy. 😊 Love watching you guys...just remember, no one agrees on everything! 😳🤣

I love how much Answer loves movies that he loves. Watching him get defensive is very entertaining. Just remember, you don't need anyones opinions to validate yours. Even if you enjoy a movie like The Room, of even one person enjoys it, it was a film worth making.

Honestly I love overanalyzing everything like Oak, but that doesn't really affect my enjoyment. In other words I can have a 10 out of 10 movie that I can still rip to shreds if I wanna argue realism, and I would totally enjoy ripping it to shreds while I also totally enjoy the movie. Some of you *cough*Oak*cough* missed the part where the mother and son in Iongs were part of the eye, and they had the resources to help them pull off that airplane trick. They had TEAMS of people in the fake hangar who had the fans and rain machines and lifts all set up when they walked in. They shone the flashlights in their faces to obscure the set from Michael and Daniel. And the guy that was showing them the chip in the lab is a part of The Eye, so it made sense that they weren't caught stealing the chip. Like, there's so many answers right there in front of you if you pay attention. LOL.

The cool thing about the card scene, 10% is real 90% is CGI! I think most of the scenes where each person is holding the card themselves is real. The long throws and other extreme shoots s CGI. The actual cast learned how to catch and throw cards and other card tricks

so when the do the card trick while being searched, "actual magicians" explained that all of the moves done not only are possible but drave franco actually learned to do them for real, now once you see dave throw the card, the tricks become fake. with enough tries and practice sure you could throw the card at a curve but thats iffy, buts just pure BS was when you see the car go through jessie's clothes.

I know it's a little late to comment but you guys asked about a movie where Morgan Freeman is a villain. You should watch "Lucky Number Slevin." It's a great movie filled with mystery and suspense. It also has a great cast including, Josh Hartnett, Lucy Liu, Stanley Tucci, Morgan Freeman, Ben Kingsley and Bruce Willis. I highly recommend watching this one.

Someone on RU-vid actually tried those safe room tricks, and it is all possible & doable the only ones that are hard to pull off are the circular throw from person to person with complete accuracy around the circular room and the cards moving inside the clothes, others are very realistic

@@jonmurray3466 yeah i know mate. i just dont like the shitty comments of people going "react to this" and "react to that", cause thats much more like peer pressure than kindly asking for consideration. I love the boys, and their reactions are full of incredibly intricate insight and it really elevates all of their reactions above other similar channels. Hazbin Hotel is such a good show, and i absolutely adore its intricacies and mythos, so i just thought it would be an interesting reaction for the boys. Thanks for calling me polite, i really appreciate it. I'll make some more polite comments on future videos with a similar request probably, but nothing that would force them to react, only if they really want to

Not sure if you knew who he is but the man operating the magic shop in Macau is played by a famous Taiwanese singer namedJay Chou

(Edit: I should say first I enjoyed the video as always, and I'm griping about a general peeve of mine from comments in general) I hate to admit it but one thing that actually annoys me consistently (and I apologize to any commenters I happen to be referring to) is when people dismiss complaints about a movie with sentiments like "you can nitpick anything really" or "it's supposed to be FUN" or "you're supposed to suspend disbelief" or etc.... Movies with elements like the ones in Now You See Me 2 can be better or worse in our opinion for reasons that don't mean we can't have fun, or that we're nitpicking unfairly, or etc. To say otherwise is just hand waving the disagreement and lazily putting people down.
