Cool to see you guys rocking the upper portion of the river!!! Looked like a lot of fun rapids to play in! We are hoping to get on it next summer. This will help out with planning. Finally got our upper vid up. Water was warm when we swam in August. Looked like a lot of great fishing action at the falls! Keep rocking it!
We’ve done the upper twice now. Definitely our favourite. Check the other vid too from 2021 because we stayed at some different campsites. You’ll have a lot of options. Are you guys using Hap Wilson’s book or just the map or both? Some sites are listed on the map but not in the book and vice versa. We also found a couple sites that are not listed in either places. I’m going to check your vid now! Can’t wait.
Hey good to know its your favourite, I've heard that from others too! Going to give the prior one a go too! We use the map, I'm a visual learner, so I watch vids on any canoe route we do...looking for cool campsites (like you mentioned), or portage exits..etc..any unique landmarks.
