If you have realtek or something similar for onboard audio in the FX section there is "volume normalization". Turn it on and try watching it again. I find it helps both with speakers (at night) or headphones. But most benefit imo is headphones.
Guys, as with your previous videos (Car of the Year 2016), sort your audio out. It's hard to hear the commentary in the second half. Awesome video otherwise.
so you like the non existent audio mixing? can't dispute that the quality of the videos has fallen. evo used to be much better in that regard. charity case content doesn't save that
I don't understand what the issue is, I could hear all of the interviews & speakers perfectly. Didn't notice any issue with the mixing at all when I was watching this. If it is an issue people are having then surely they can just lower the background music in the mix for future videos. Content wise, upload rate has dropped off, yes, but at the end of the day, as with lots of other YT channels (like /Drive & MotorTrend etc) without pay walls, it's difficult to keep the content coming at the same rate & they also want people buying the mag, so I don't blame them for reducing the YT uploads... if that's indeed why the content has reduced. Then again, think about this, all of their main players on the YT front bailed to Drive Tribe so it could just be a case of they don't have any one they feel works to present the videos at the moment. It's also winter, not the best time of year to film car stuff. Anyways, who knows. The quality of the videos have stayed steady imo, it's just been the actual amount of content that's dropped.
that i can agree with. I'm just a tad disappointed the superb presentation of yesteryear isn't held up. hope they get back on track, the content is spot on as usual.
