We put a brand new and improved Cam follower on those Rebels as well as all new production Rebels going forward.

I took my Rebels apart yesterday and put the new green cam follower on and WHOA, huge difference in noise. I’ve only had my Rebels for about 6 months and they were getting silly loud. New follower made a massive difference.

I bought a apex for 50 bucks it was loud I put a new cam follower and some lithium grease on the cam. If you didn't go back and do it. That made a big difference

Recently been having trouble with mine where the battery just dies out pretty quickly, dont know if its a common issue with the rebel in general or just this edition but it kind of bums me out cause i really do like the rebel

Right now clippers on my station are the lo pro fx ones and sabers. Do you think they’re too similar being brushless and same-ish rpms making it redundant ? Maybe I should swap one out for a magnetic or rotary to have variety or should I slap a taper blade and run that on the saber?

It would be dope if SC came out with metal covers, the plastic ones just feel cheap. I like the feel of the lo pro metal cover.

They feel cheap but they also focus on making light weight clippers so it kinda makes sense to use plastic lids

@@raymipineda2207 True. I think they are also trying to save on money. I bought the Lo Pros partially for the metal shield cover..... and surprisingly its a relatively light clipper. Was also less expensive than the rebel, although - no charging stand and other lids.
