Simple reason. Indians are largely individualistic with no loyalty to their tribe. So long as their personal ambitions are met, they are largely meek, unquestionning and follow their masters rule book quite diligently. The Chinese in contrast are Chinese first then individuals. Their Chinese identity comes first.

At least the money they sucked out from the economy, they should return it back if moving out. Not Logically Possible - but that's what an ethical human should do.
@@arunsar7893 I don't think they are giving advice. They are saying what they see/hear about Abroad Indians. If you are in abroad/one who benefited from public money - it will sound hilarious only, bcos it's hard truth. Have seen lot who got educated with public money - never even cared to return it back to the country by some means.
i have few mainland china friends as well. Even chinese will do the same, if they were put in these indian expatriates' shoes. Maybe the degree of how-loyal-to-back-home will vary slightly. Most chinese abroad - never want to go back bcos of g0vt policies. Most Indians abroad - never want to go back bcos of standard of living.
Coz they manage to lure and take our best....Indians dont feel happy,,its a bad reflection why we are failing to keep these innovators to work for india itself...
