as indonesian i really love fish dishes, but unfortunately in indonesia fish dishes is not as popular as chicken or beef based. its kinda a waste that we are having a lot of fish from sea but the product like katsuobushi (dried shaved fish meat) or other sea product isnt the normal of daily meal. my favourite is the cakalang rice in banana leaf, its so aromatic and seasonings kills the unpleasant fishy taste
Yashhh I agree, as someone who live near the beach growing eating seafood sometime when I see people recomended food from Indonesia it's just the same kind of food, chicken and beef. Like heyy Indonesia have more than that
yup, i think i heard the indian guy saying 'solid A' when trying nasi bakar - not 'solid eight' (in the subtitle). He was saying - solid A and he would like to keep it for himself.
