In this video I show you the steps to make next level pizza dough WITHOUT any specialty equipment and cooked in your home oven.
DOUGH RECIPE:
For this recipe you’ll need
350 grams All purpose flour or 2 3/4 cups
225 grams room temp water or 1 cup
1 tsp active yeast
10 grams salt or 2 tsp
10 grams olive oil or 1.75tsp
In a large mixing bowl add your water and yeast and give it a little mix
Then add your flour, salt and olive oil
Now mix it with a sturdy spoon until all the flour is incorporated into the dough
Spend 2-3 minutes kneading in the bowl until it becomes a little too sticky to easily work anymore.
At that point cover it up and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes grease a work surface with some olive oil and transfer the dough to it.
Then knead for an addition 2-3 minutes.
Transfer it back to the mixing bowl, cover it and let it rest at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
At that point divide my dough into two equal portions. You can just eyeball it, but if you have a scale you mine as well use it.
Ball it up and refrigerate for 24-48 hours
