Mixing MEDIUM DENSITY the Beautiful Way in Cities Skylines II 

Here's how I know whether or not I want to follow a CS2 YT'er: Do they paint entire areas with zoning or do they dictate the size and shape themselves? You're a rare one! Your city looks fantastic.

This is the best looking city I have seen on this map. Excellent work!

You are an artist man. Really vibing with you & your builds.

That's a huge extension of the city you just did. One thing i didn't really see you build is stuff like police, clinics, deathcare, telecom ... Don't forget to check up on that to see if coverage still is good. Last episode you ended with asking what needed to happen so you could make money selling excess water. Well, like with the electricity, you need an outside connection for that, but unlike electricity, you don't start the game with this outside connection. If you want it you gotta unlock squares until you reach the edge of the map and then build it. And speaking of making money from outside connections, the mystery of why your budget kept going up even with a negative budget balance probably had to do with waste management. Every so often waste management peaks and makes a huge profit. It's probably either because you're selling trash to outside connections for profit (so they can recycle it and sell you back the resources) or because outside connections pays you to use your excess waste processing capacity. At least that's what I'm thinking happens to make some sense of it.

Some cracking sightlines forming in the city SG, really coming together. The low-cost housing is really specific in CS2 I think and needs real targetting. You're probably better off just zoning small blocks of regular high density spaced with larger medium. But whatever, looking forward to the public transport shenanigans when it finally arrives!

I was going to buy this game till the took out the steam workshop for it. Basically I looked foward to all the mods and stuff, LUTs, other visuals, but the makers decided not to allow us this fun so, for the price of the game, not worth it yet. Those bastards are losing this sale I can tell you that. When its in the steam workshop and when its either on sale or just better somehow, il get it. Ive played almost every city builder in existance and well, I build such massive cities and I build pc's when city games come out. I build it for the game, so hell no yet lol. Bastards...

Add parks and other commodities ,like hospital and cemetery
