Excellent Paul Sensei. I was in Okinawa training with Miyazato Sensei in June and july of that same year, 1997. How lucky we were to be corrected by the hands of this wonderful, modest and great teacher of Okinawa Karate-Doh Goju Ryu......thanxs for sharing!

@garrylever06 I am glad you found it informative. Although Miyazato Sensei is obviously older here you can really see the points of focus as he performs the kata; this is the kata from Miyagi Chojun Sensei!
