I know winter is coming and I've been getting ready for a while now, but my MK Martin 50" Snow Blower needs some TLC before winter.
Check out my video and see how I prepare the MK Martin 50" Meteor model snow blower for a winter on the back of my Massey Ferguson GC2300 sub-compact tractor.
The maintenance I do is just simple things, grease and oil, but by tending to these little jobs, the snow blower will perform much better and last a lot longer.
It's also a good time to check over the general condition of the equipment. Sometimes a piece of gear can be working great, but a part of it is almost at the breaking point. It's much better to find it now, while in the shop, than at 8 o'clock some night when you are away down the lane with the snow and wind blowing and the temp dropping!
