MK3 Supra Build "The List" Vol 2 Ep 1.5 | 1JZ VVTi 

3:52 That was me! I found a Gentex 536 mirror at a local LKQ junkyard recently out of a 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8; only cost me $20! Has digital compass, auto dimming mirrors and three Homelink buttons. I think I had to use a "torx" screwdriver (T-20 I think, but I'm not certain) to unscrew it from the mounting tab that was glued to the windshield. If you want to skip the hassle of junkyard, eBay usually has plenty for sale ranging from $30-$50, depending on the seller. I made sure I cut the pigtail connector that plugs into the mirror because I need that in order to wire it. I do have to source the mounting tab and glue it to the windshield so I can mount the mirror (I couldn't figure out how to remove the mounting tab from the junkyard car because it's really, really glued on there...or maybe I'm just clueless too 😅). Tein coilovers sounds fantastic and also reasonably priced. I remember I looked at some Cusco while talking to the sales rep at the Cusco at a car show a few years back and the price almost made me want to cry ($2,500). I understand Cusco makes excellent suspension components, but my driving skills doesn't warrant or justify spending that much on suspension 😅 Depending on your budget, Driftmotion may have an exhaust system to fit your requirements. They started out as MK3 Supras specialists/vender before branching out to support a more diverse set of cars, so hopefully they have something for you. I'm not a tint guy, but I heard something called ceramic tint that is supposed to help your car interior temps by blocking UV rays as well. Not sure how expensive it is, but it may fit your need to cool interior of your car (and protect the car interior like the dash and seats). I would not recommend doing a tint yourself. That's one thing you pay the pros to do right because the cost savings mean nothing if it doesn't last. Plus tinting the hatch glass is going to be a major pain. I need to get it done myself because my poor MK3 needs that UV protection and for some reason she gets a LOT hotter sitting in the sun than my Celica. I know you don't part outside, but Heatshields makes a custom windshield shade (and the other windows) and it works perfectly. I've lived W/O A/C in her for a while after I bought it due to it never being converter, but it was worth it. The price you paid for the Flex Z's is over $300 less than the ones for my Celica, and much less than the $1440 for my FA 500's on the Supra. Great production quality as always! You got very good parts in her!
