Another great introduction! I like how your first installments are getting more brief to leave more room to dive in deeper later. Gives me a chance to see if it looks like something I would use quickly. Appreciate the continuing work, professor Leo!
Great intro to the mKer midi sequencer! I hadn’t heard of it before but it looks fun, powerful, yet easy to use! I can’t wait to see the next lesson! Thank you!
Using this in Drambo was a good choice Leo.. mKer’s 8 MIDI outs will be super useful.. it looks powerful yet fairly easy to tweak.. thanks for the intro + look forward to more in depth vids.. Would love to win a copy of this Leo.. I think there’s a lot of fun lurking inside.. 😁
With midi sequencers it's almost like with reverbs or delays, you can never have enough of them. Not least because each has a different concept to offer which in consequence usually leads to a different output.
Honestly been peeping at this for a few weeks at least, but you made me purchase cause this is legit the only good video out there for this (sadly, including even the devs’ video). I’ve been looking for a good sequencer that can take input so that I can finally not have to input things through the screen; my favorite sequencer is Step Poly ARP but it is missing this feature…, Besides, it isn’t even the only cool thing this baby can do. You sold it to me in half a video cheers Mate, clearly you deserve the sub 🙏🏼
@@soundformore will be here for sure! I’m actually kinda mad no one has done anything before this is a crazy app! You’ve got dibs - and you deserve it. Good luck 🙏🏼👍🏼🤌🏼
Nice overview .. mker looks interesting. I’m trying to understand, though, why you’d use this in Drambo, which already has its own sequencer.. am I missing something?
I like to think at the moment that mKer gives you a bit more inside Drambo as a sequencer… however Drambo is constantly improving so at some point the sequencer in Drambo will evolve… :), I also wanted to do a video on using Drambo as a host for a new sequencer… :)
@@soundformore yeah, it does seem a little more featured right now, and as you say, good to show that you’re able to use whatever sequencer you like inside the mighty dRambo 😁
It'd be nice to have choice on Android. Caustic 3 and Koala Sampler are supporting android singlehandedly. Such a shame there aren't more decent options like in ios
