Very Hard difficulty, played on Playstation emulator ePSXe 1.9.25
Very similar to the any% category but much more stressful to run, some of the key differences are in the fourth and second-last level and of course the final boss.
The 100% condition is obtaining all powers and defeating the final boss.
*Fourth level has an extended exp farm and a skip with the ice clone ( 11:45 )
*Seventh level uses enemy assist to reach the secret platform with 3 urns ( 25:00 )
Some levels may have slight differences to the any% category due to the extra ice powers farmed in the water temple, the first 3 levels are exactly the same.
The greatest challenge in this run is inventory management and avoiding damage in the final level because the urns use a lot of inventory space, since the final boss requires 4 urns, you cant freely use them to heal.
