@MANCHESTER UNITED just because it's more popular doesnt mean it's better. Dont get me wrong ynwa or other songs give me chills as well but playoff baseball is special
MANCHESTER UNITED come on. This video is about baseball. Not your football or what we call soccer. Go watch soccer and comment why it is great but not here on a video on baseball moments. Thank you and have a good day
@@wm_9640 Enlighten me to why a Muslim is so horrifying. I've got multiple Muslim friends and they're the nicest people I know, they accept I don't believe in god and when I make fun of them for it they laugh.
The Cubs/Indians world series game 7 is probably the best game I've ever seen, and I'm not even a baseball fan. The crowd and everything about it was great
@@LM-dv8pv If that's true then holy shit they ARE fake bitch ass fans. No true Cubs fan would EVER even THINK to leave the game at that moment. That's an absolute disgrace to Cubs fandom.
@@LM-dv8pv I figured you were. It's still disgraceful that those fans left. I don't consider them real Cubs fans. Most Cub fans are diehard fans. There's always bandwagoners in every fanbase though, especially when a team is really good.
- No need to 'pump in' crowd noise at the Rogers Centre during those two postseason runs by the Blue Jays, the fans there were just plain loud & boisterous & the shaking cameras were an example of that. :)
In Game 4 of the 2017 ALCS when Gary Sanchez hit his go ahead double that was the loudest the new Yankee Stadium had been and it didn't sound that loud at all on TV. Smh
@@yessir2873 the 2018 World Cup dude... I’m gonna guess you are clueless about soccer. The World Cup happens every 4 years and it happened in 2018 and Mexico beat Germany in the game and basically took em down. Mexico was going crazy and I’m parts of Mexico at major watch parties, they were all jumping and caused mini earthquakes across Mexico
@@YourBunsKid i swear my entire neighborhood is full of Mexicans and when Mexico beat Germany, everyone was outside shouting screaming and were outside waving the Mexican bandera 😂😂
I was finishing up a shorthaul run that night on the 401 across the lake in Ontario. Hearing Hammy call that bomb and the tie up HR that followed was an absolute gift. We deserved so much more that year instead of falling short to the Yankees..
You couldn't hear. I was at the Altuve walk off this past year and it was super loud. The Houston fans come out and make too much noise in meaningful games for that. I am disappointed in our guys and I miss AJ.
Die hard O’s fan here, I was born the last year we won the series so that was my greatest memory too! Both sides have said it’s the loudest thing they ever heard
162 game regular season...95% of those games are ho-hum. Baseball only really gets interesting in the postseason. When you go out to the ballpark during the regular season, a majority of the people there are not really that engaged with the game. They're socializing with their buddies.
7:21 is an awesome play all around. From the situation to Hunter flying over the wall trying to catch it and the cop celebrating, and of course, the great no call from Joe Buck.
Matt Vasgersian is the best. I think the best one is... 8:49 "Lindor with a swing and a driiiiive.... and... IT'S GONE!!! Santa Maria!!!" Crowd goes absolutely bonkers...
@@rhodgson5024 yeah man. I remember watching it and jumping out of my chair. Too bad the tribe lost the series, otherwise it would have gone down as one of the biggest of all time
10:08 Verlander says, "Wow." A brut strength HR by Sandoval. Sinking pitch down and away, a top angled swing, going opposite field. You know when a future HOF'er is amazed, it's impressive.
You can not change my mind, Lindors Grand Slam was the perfect home run let me explain, 1. Situation- 10/10 2.Swing- 10/10 3.Distance- 7/10 4.Crowd- 10000/10 5.Call- 100000000000000000/10 6.Bad Ass- 8/10 And I’m a Braves fan so I’m not even biased
Matt GS I have a tougher time believing that though because normally there’s a delay from the time something happens to the time it gets aired on TV. That would make it impossible to do what the Astros did. On top of the alleged buzzer idea. But who knows 🤷♂️
Ghetto Gamestop everyone has fucking cheated. Y’all think the Astros are the only team to get clever with stealing signs? They just got ratted out by some pedophile.
@@Vixsufil i had commented this over a year ago and when i responded i didn't see what he was responding to. How about you stop being an annoying piece of shit
@@kpdotexe3649 it’s really not that boring man lol just gotta have a little patience. It can be at times but if you kick back and relax it’s a great sport to watch.
As a cubs fan, that homerun by Davis was awful. I literally was sick from watching that lol. If Cleveland did win, that would definitely be on of the greatest moments in playoff history. Thank god the cubs won though 😁
@@danielvaldman854 As a Cubs fan, prior to the end of game 7 in 2016 I felt the same way about Kerry Woods home run in the 2003 NLCS. For one fleeting moment I had true hope that the Cubs were going to win the pennant. Then my heart was shattered again as they collapsed for the second straight game. You guys will win the series soon enough. If the Cubs don't win the series I'm rooting for the Indians every year. The fact that you guys are arch rivals of the White Sox gives me even more added motivation too haha.
I always love when the fanbases who haven't won in a long time end up being the loudest. You can just tell how much they want it when given a chance in playoffs.
like i seriously don't get people who say baseball is boring. Yes, a blowout game in mid June might be lame, but when October comes around and its say a tie game in the late innings and one hit, one walk, or one homer changes everything. There's nothing better.
Raiders suck. Can't even keep your team in Oakland. Gonna be the Las Vegas Raiders in a couple years. But no fanbase is better than KC, the Chiefs have the loudest fans in the world. Proud to be a part of the Chiefs Kingdom. Born and raised, live and breathe Chiefs football.
Nicholas Lajoie that's why Arrowhead is the loudest stadium in the world. And I'm pretty sure the Chiefs smacked the Patriots last year. KC has the loudest fanbase.
I was at that 2016 game 7 when Rajai went yard off of Chappy...loudest crowd I’ve ever experienced firsthand. Such a surreal moment. I was screaming so loud and hard I nearly passed out
That last one holds a special place in my heart. Was watching that game with my mother, my aunt, and my grandmother who passed away a few years ago. Yanks were down 4-1 going into that 7th inning. Gardner's inside-the-park homer ended up shifting the momentum, and they won it 5-4 in the 9th on a Melky Cabrera single. Still get chills from that game to this day~
Laser Ghost could’ve gone all the way if he made the play. But that’s not to say that is the sole reason they lost. The teams inability to hit verlander was really a big setback. But hey, we got a group of studs this year.
Being live in person at the orioles vs Detroit game when that ball came off his bat iv never heard anything so loud in my life , the ground was shaking like an earthquake and when hardy scored from 1st to give us the lead it’s almost like it picked up another 10 decibels , was insane moment to be apart of
Three baseball phrases I’ll never forget “Touch Em all Joe! You’ll never hit a bigger homerun in your life!” “A little bouncer slowly towards Bryant, he’ll glove it and throw it to rizzo” “Bartolo drives one, deep left field, back goes upton, back down the wall, *ITS OUTTA HERE!* ”
I was worried that this video was gonna be too hype. Thank god for Joe Buck. He always knows how to make a postseason walk-off homer sound like a regular season base hit.
He literally sucks the life out of the david freese walk off, makes me irate considering that is one of the greatest baseball moments in the last decade
@@jptagliafierro4915 In fairness he did have severe vocal cord damage during that postseason. His voice sounds very different and painful, so he paid homage to his father’s call from 1991 Game 6.
he gets a lot of flack for being monotone or not exciting, but i think there's value in letting the crowd do the talking. that freese call was actually really good IMO
Brett Deutsch I’m still bitter about that. The championship was there’s to win. Their team was amazing. Except for horrid bullpen. But that historical pitching staff who absolutely shut Boston down, along with that lineup. Man shit still gets to me to this day
I was at 0:00, we would have made it to the NLCS if we didn’t lose game 4 or 5 of the NLDS. That year is probably the closest the Pirates will get to making the World Series in a while
No shit. Joaquin Benoit was terrible. Valverde had one great season and then was a shambolic pitcher. Joe Nathan was terrible immediately after Benoit. It’s always been the bullpen in Detroit. Ever since Zumaya broke his finger. We should’ve won the pennant in 2013 and 2006.
@@ianwamsley2595 I remember watching that game with my dad. I said verbatim "Benoit is trash, watch Ortiz hit a Grand slam" all I heard was KRACK! I knew it was gone
MLB Perfect Inning Live Gaming Perhaps at the beginning of the game, but the Indians failed in the end! The Diamondbacks won game 7 at home - that reason makes it so spezial!
Santa Claus The cubs also came back from a 3-1 Series deficit, and the Indians lost only by one run in games 5 and 7, and also hit an insane game tying 3-run homer? That is not “failing”. The cubs had the best defensive team ever, but still had 3 errors and other mistakes, and the series could’ve totally changed with just the snap of ones fingers... also the cubs won the World Series for the first time in 108 years? Yeah. That’s pretty intense.
As an O’s fan, the Delmon young double still gives me chills! Players on both sides have said it’s the loudest thing they ever heard, it was like a bomb going off is what jj hardy said!
I’ll never forget the orioles 2014 alds, favorite game all time and my first postseason baseball. It was 17 years of frustration let out and they said it was deafening at even pickles ! Man I’ll just keep rewatching this until adley Rutschman comes up lol
I’m not defending them in any way, but knowing what’s coming can be easily figured out without the use of cheating. Also, keep in mind the pitchers are throwing 93+.
I don’t like the astros, I’ll clear that up. But when we saw that, we had no idea what was happening. But still, imagine all the Astro fans yelling that loud and you were there in person.
I love puig’s clip because the pitcher threw the first 2 strikes in the exact same spot and you know he was thinking “throw it there one more time and i’ll turn the ball into a satellite”😂
@Bryson Herazo isn't that the year that the MLB are suspecting the Astors for the sign stealing scandal? I thought it was common knowledge. Also, are you of the belief that the magically turned into little angels once the games actually started to matter? I think they still cheated pal. Great talented ballclub, shame that they had to cheat to win. Because if you asked me, most talented team really was and has been the dodgers the past few seasons.
@Bryson Herazo Kershaw didn't get a swing and miss all game. Yeah he chokes, but cmon. Also the game was won 13-12.. I can't PROVE they cheated that game. They were cheating that season and hadn't been caught yet. So it's my assumption they cheated. Clearly you're an Astros fan, and as a royals fan, all I can say is, how'd your 2015 season end?
That Joe Carter call gets me, one of two unforgettable bombs by him. I'm 22 and saw him at a T-Bones (now the KC Monarchs) celebrity game. I think I was 7 or so then, but I'll never forget the dent in my parents' van roof that was the result of Joe participating in the HR Derby before the game 😅
I was at that World Series game in Chicago...every time I see a clip of Paul konerkos home run I get the chills and tears in my eyes...man I hope the Sox can get back to the ship soon enough
The Dude it more proves how a moment that ends up not mattering in the end still can seem like the biggest accomplishment ever from that perfect blend. Don't get me wrong it was definitely pointless afterwards but in the moment, you feel like the Indians had a chance after all
Playoff baseball just hits different. Especially if you go to the game! Only playoff game I've been to was the 2006 NLCS Game 6 Cardinals vs. Mets and Shea Stadium was literally rocking. I'll never forget it.
I remember the 2014 AL Wildcard game between the Oakland A's & my boys in KC, i thought we lost on so many times but the boys never quit & when we won it was loud as hell
I was at the World Series game when Konerko hit the grand slam. The White Sox were down 4-2 in the 7th inning and the place went up for grabs. It was great!
Man, I would have LOVED to have been there. I imagine the stadium shook when Konerko hit that GS. And probably shook even harder after Podsednik hit the solo in the bottom of the 9th.
Best game I've ever been to! The atmosphere, not only in the game but all around the city was beyond words!! I didn't sleep that night, all I could hear was "Cueto" over and over again in my head
