Are they ever gonna update the graphics? The dirt ? No foot prints when running etc, no rain effects. This is ps5. Lazy devs

I would like a relaxing experience in Road to the show mode. is the throwing mechanics stuck using the stupid targeting system as shown on the throw to 1st around 3:22? or can I set it up to just hit a button and throw to the corresponding base?

Negro Leagues is a game changer. They've opened the vault and for people crying about Oscar Charleston, Josh Gibson among others, just wait, there coming. It's so good.

I think one of the most annoying things people say is "It's just the same game from last year" It's sports.. The game doesn't change... All they can do is try and refine it, to one day make it the best game it can be. I know some games, like the EA games can actually get worse, but I don't feel like MLB The Show ever gets worse. It slowly gets a little better and yes, they could work on some of the modes a little.. but I'm sure it's not the easiest thing in the world to have AI that feels real. I'll buy this when it goes on sale because I play The Show more than any game I own every year. Even during hockey season, as a hockey fan, I play The Show way more than NHL hockey. It just keeps bringing me back and yes.. Sony San Diego's online card collecting game is so far above and beyond EA, I can't believe they haven't just copied it.. I hate all the FUT, MUT and HUT modes. They stink. Diamond Dynasty is amazing though.. As a lifelong franchise player.. Diamond Dynasty has changed me... I barely play any other mode now.. Even though I want to.. I just get sucked in and I have not spent a single dollar on cards.. I just play the game and collect.. It's fun.

How about an online franchise mode so you can compete with friends on who is a better manager or who can be a better player. Similar to what madden does although even that game gets to be repetitive. The ability to have friends be owners, mangers, or players and compete is a fun experience in its self and they just now copy and paste the old games and update the rosters and tweak little things and still charge us full price.

Anyone know if the franchise draft is only for ps5 and not for last gen

Wish road to the show was a little like MyCareer on 2k. Might be asking for too much though..

Is anyone else having trouble with putting equipment on their road to the show player? I keep putting batting gloves on my player and in ever game I play they're not on. No matter how many times I try and change it.

MLB the show has the best presentation and gameplay out of all sports games in my option I really love the manage game feature that needs to be added in 2k and madden

Where’s the pitch clock and big bases???

Failure to bring back year to year saves and failure to patch longstanding problems like pitcher stamina never increasing in franchise mode have caused me to skip buying the game this year for the first time. If they had either brought back y2y saves or fixed the pitcher stamina issue I'd have bought the game. They did neither. It's a great game but they have essentially stopped supporting franchise mode. I'll keep playing show 22.

Im looking forward to trying the negro leagues. That part of baseball history is very fascinating to me

RTS needs a serious refresh, franchise mode is boring, and I honestly don’t care at all about any of the other modes. It is also funny that they refer to Puerto Rico as a country in one of the lines when a Puerto Rican batter comes to the plate. It’s not a country.

So this game isn’t worth the $80 asking price is basically the same game from 22

Right off the bat, the exact same commentators. Not just the same guys, but it’s literally the same voice recordings from 22. And quite literally the most talked about thing in baseball right now, the pitch clock, isn’t in the game. They’ve known mlb was adding the pitch clock since last season ended. They change the sound of the bat making contact with the ball and y’all give it an 8. Just awful

It's free on Xbox game pass so that is worth it then. Otherwise i kinda have to say the novelty wore off now at first yes Xbox is getting the best baseball finally. But after the first one i am kinda over it. Unrealistic trades and stuff kinda make it less enjoyable.

This game rocks on the switch. And I dig the soundtrack. Just turn everything else on audio off and your set.

This game does nothing interesting and claiming negro leagues is the most interesting thing is kind of showing how little this game cares about its game modes and functions

For my experience the game is quite questionable in online mode. It is very bad for the years it has on the market. Things happen in-game that don't happen when you play with the CPU itself. Sometimes it fails the controls, the player does not react in time. Well... if it enters the user reviews in the store it is a fair assessment. It's a piece... as they say there. I repeat, for the years you already have. Wrong, I do not recommend the online mode. The evaluation of the players is not according to how they act. If you're good at hitting up to a 72 bat you're fine, but if it's 99 it doesn't help at all if you're not an expert hitter. And so... But hey... he's the only one. Electronic Arts should take out a baseball again to get out of this questioned game.

MLB The WOKE 23. What a Cut & Paste JOKE. The Facescam is a JOKE. The only thing good about MLB THE WOKE 23 is actually a MAGA song by TALK called "WASTELAND." That is one AWESOME song. I shut down all the rest of the WOKE RAP and just left that one on. I have been playing on the MicroWoke Gamescam and I don't even finish the games, just go out of the game. Its that boring.
