Thank you VERY much sir. I'm getting the idea now, quite helpful. However, I'd like to make a custom new team with all females, struggling with that some. Perhaps someone or yourself could give that a whirl to get a handle on that please?
I'm going to assume that there will not be women in the game unless you create them. If you choose to make a male player, you'll play in a normal Franchise mode without women. If you create a female player, it's likely she will be the only female in the game.
