-Sorry for all the people that keeps asking to take off the music, i have to use it otherwise it might get taken down for copyrights, in part 3 and 4 i only used a instrumental though and kept the volume down so you can still hear the announcers.

as a brit, i absolutely love this game and i wish we played it here! one question: when a runner is moving from third to home, does the backstop have to tag that runner to get him out, or can the backstop just touch the base with ball in hand. It seems like the backstop in the videos i have seen puts in extra effort to tag the runner.

Typically, the catcher (backstop) tags the runner at home because it is not a force out. In the case that the runner on third had to run home because there was a runner at second advancing to third, the catcher could just touch the plate and the runner would be out. (Most of the time, that would be when bases are loaded). Sorry for the wordy-ness, and hopefully that makes sense.

I know for a fact at least one of those plays (6:13) was from a game in mid-June (Phillies@Rockies). Change description, as it is not accurate.
