It was music to my ears to hear and see how happy you were with the scent and then the soap. Over the years we've been offered fragrances inspired by lots of well known perfumes and the lesson was 'you had to kiss a lot of frogs' to find the right one. So its great when fellow enthusiasts agree you've found the right one ! It was also great to see the soap did its job in concert with the brush, razor and blade. It was a fantastic shave so thank you John we loved it !!

Lovely shave. FYI, Fine's L'orange noir and Stirling's Arkadia are both dupes of Terre d' Hermes. Agreed, it is a beautiful scent.

I'll have to get my Timeless aluminium razor out next week. I have never managed to get consistently decent shaves with it, though.

I totally get the importance of the lable artwork. In fact, it looks like the soap needs no work, but the artwork looks a little too cartoonish for my personal taste.
