@@Solidude4 That wouldn't work nearly as well without being charismatic enough to sound convincing. So more like a split between Intelligence and Charisma.

MoMo Ruless it just goes to show that you don't need in born talent or anything to be successful, in a world full of psychics and evil spirits, Reigen has used his charisma alone to survive.
"It's okay to run away" The moment Mob heard those words, the explosive energy piling up in within him suddenly changed directions. There are times when the power of ones words can be unfathomable... ..."Those with powers must fight..." The responsibility forced Mob's mental bridge to collapse. However, one can sometimes find a resolution just by being offered a helping hand, and as a result, all the energy that was building inside Mob was temporarily transfered to Reigen, and in essence, Mob has successfully "Ran away", feeling rather refreshed The only thing left in his heart... Is His Gratitude Towards His Teacher 100% ~~~~~~~~~1000% REIGEN ARATAKA 1000% MOB 0%
Do y'all realize how phenomenal Reigen's feats are? This is all of Mob's power, temporarily thrown into him yet he CONTROLLED IT. He didn't go out of control and go ???%, he harnessed Mob's 1000% and was hella calm and slick while doing so. It figures, since Mob is a kid and Reigen's an adult, and the sly/street-smart kind of guy at that. Reigen has the control down pat, and thus when Mob gave him his sheer, raw psychic power, we got a glimpse at Reigen if he was indeed an esper.
Nah, between Reigen's raw power and charisma, they nerfed him in order to make sure he didn't out shine mob, what we saw was hid real power, but the world isn't ready for that. I mean, compared to his own power, mobs was like a drop in a lake
This is not the whole size of mob’s power. Mob’s power are only showcased when he goes ???. This is still a lot of energy, is how much Mob was willing to use with the intent of killing his opponents.
@@aurelienlegendaire1784 yeah probably because what this is was the strength of mob at ???% or thereabouts, but concentrated and controllable as, unlike mob reigen was in control of his emotions
Mild spoilers: ???% power is Mob's power, nothing more, nothing less. It's just that usually, Mob is holding back so much because of his anxiety that he *appears* weaker than when he enters this particular state. And when he does let his actual power out, it's because he is so distressed or uncounscious, so he is given this uncanny appearance so that the reader/viewer identifies with Mob being terrified of himself. ???% IS Mob. Not a different entity, let alone a stronger version of himself. All this to say, Reigen here is "as strong as ???%" because he has full access to Mob's power, and because he's a well adjusted adult he can harness it without losing control.
"The thing i can do for you Nii-san...is to continue the little brother you can talk to at any time!" "It's to become the little brother you can speak your mind with!" *Ritsu* *100%*
100% Ritsu was so amazing to watch. I screamed as my brother was watching it with me. I would love a mob psycho 100 fighting game (especially if it was made by CC2)
Veya Mob's powers didn't awaken him, he isn't an Esper. It was the fact that he had seen the spirits and couldn't 'un-see' them, as a result of having seen them.
Veya Some low-level spirits can even be seen by normal humans, and that was the case with those you mentioned. However, he couldn't see a lot of stronger ones like Dimple for example. After being lent power from Mob, he can now see (and sense?? dunno) all spirits, but he has no power.
I always find it amazing how all of those psychics with incredible power(even mob) couldn't see the girl(forgot the name) being possesed, but Reigen could because of his people skills
Yeah, that was pretty cool. He is very observant. The parts that are in his pov always show him trying to figure people out based on what he can see and his experience. Also, the girl is Asagiri, possessed by Mogami.
Some people say that the wishes of murder or revenge are very large and uncontrollable but compared to feelings like gratitude this is even bigger as an example of 100% up to 1000% This is what I think about this scene
The fact Reigen is only a human but still he is so charismatic, intelligent, experienced... I feel like when Mob's entire powers flew into Reigen, he used them in MUCH better way then Mob. Of course lack of esper powers is what makes Reigen so awesome, but I feel like he deserves them more than anyone around.
Yep. Someone once made a comment theorizing that Reigen hitting 100% popularity could have led to him actually gaining powers (going off of things like the urban legends) but sadly, it didn't work out like that. It would be cool to see Reigen with powers though.
Yes indeed. It’s exemplified by the fact that instead of ???% power, Reigen gets 1000%. It shows that Reigen, being the responsible adult in control of his emotions, is able to gain dominion over these powers. Of course, if also means the raw destructive nature of them is also gone.
@@Mrbluefire95 Now that I think about it, Mob goes crazy and usually uses his powers in a destructive, uncontrolled way. While Reigen could control them with perfection.
I like how in the photo, not only can we see mob’s aura emanating from Reigen, we can also see another layer of line patterns. Idk if its just me but that might be what Reigen’s aura would look like if he had natural powers.
Mob's aura seems to be in a checker pattern, kinda like criss cross, perhaps signifying his emotional instability, while Reigen's aura seems to be in a perfect diagonal pattern, showing complete control over his emotions.
I love how this is a fun action show, but sneaks in some legitimately good life lessons, like Mob learning that he can rely on the adults in his life when he’s feeling overwhelmed…
*remember psychic powers are nothing more than just something your good at its just like being good at a sport or amazing in math also you must remmember to never use these powers on another human being*
@@biggangsta1421 Reigen is not true to himself. He is literally a scammer and is constantly nervous about being found out. But he has his righteous moments, and later is a lot more open with mob.
The fact that Reigen had full control over a power that even Mob lose himself when used shows how strong he is mentally. Also love how Reigen being the only sane character among the espers shows how much effect these powers have over their mindset
S1 --> Mob learns that it is okay to rely on others S2 -> Mob actually improves himself by all his hard work he invested and actually runs way faster then back when he started; he is commited to something S3 -> Ritsu finally accepting Mob completely, he is not afraid of his dark side that hurt him as a kid anymore. It ultimately helps Mob to accept himself, after his brother did as well. They used this song to highlight every key moment of Mobs progress

I just realize, every mob psycho theme song is always catchy, like litterally ALWAYS CATCHY AND GOOD, like bro there is no theme song is bad in mob psycho
I see why they haven't used the Gratitude power again, Reigen used 1000% of Mob's power like without even remotely trying. If he accidentally got all of it, this man could easily clap anything in his way.
