Congratulations!!!! What is the square footage of your home, what size lot did you have to purchase, were there sewer, water, and electrical already available, if not how did that process go?

Thank you! It's 1352 soft & I have half an acre lot. Everything was done during the process so it was all ready to go when I moved in. My advice would be to contact your local dealer where you are looking to purchase. 😊

Hey! Just curious to know how much half a acre ran you in your area. I don't know what's normal but I'm me area 1 acre is so expensive. Ive seen 50k low end and up. I also noticed you have paved driveway. How much did that cost you if you don't mind me asking? Just trying to see how much I can afford lol

I don't give info about what I paid b/c it's irrelevant. Prices have changed & definitely depends on your area. 😊 Everything was included in my package except land.

Is your lot in a manufactured home development? My neighbours did what you describe and had to drill a well and put in a septic field. My son bought an ancient single-wide in a park for $45k, water and sewers are included but he doesn't own the lot. The 'pad' lease is $350/mo. It's a decent sized piece of land.

Hey there! New subscriber here 😁 so one thing I was wondering, did you have to get home insurance on the mobile home before transportation? We live in New Hampshire and there’s 3 dealers here and all have some reviews of the home coming in damaged, (broken shutters, outdoor lights, etc) were really nervous about getting a loan and then getting it here and something like that happens. Thank you for making these videos though so helpful and I love them💕💕

Hey!! No I didn't have to get home insurance prior. If anything is damaged when the home is transported they will fix it before you move in. Welcome to the Kurlfriend fam! 😊

I have Clayton Homes in my area. What are the cons of using them? I know you mentioned in earlier vlogs that you got 90% of what you wanted in your home. I also watch Mobile Home Diva & know that she is very knowledgeable able the homes. How long did the process take from buying the land to moving in?
