Just wow! I am very surprised at how good the data quality is from the Viametris scanner. The surveying process also looks very simple and easy to do. I am just curious, is there a way to use geodetic reference points to secure and improve the quality of the SLAM algorithm when the GNSS signal is lost?
my phone does the same. Is a bit now that i have the feeling that people don t really know what they do and why they have to do it like this. Whats the goal ? Is the amount of data so much important compared to the object of the survey ? aren t we overdoing things here , are we engineers or Cad Operators ? And that s how your ernings goes down.
@SheWhoDaresWins Yeah, I have "billion " fractions of a laser to turn on and measure a monolith. So exciting. I am not accurate because the laser does not travel in the high vacuum but in the atmosphere. I know we have parameters to fix this , but it's up to some point.
