Alasdair's seemingly innocent question "Do you not hold the babies while it's happening?" makes me gasp for air after trying to hold back my laughter, because the mental image is so strong and also so surreal. Brilliant comment. Love it.
Even though I recognize the general criticism of Alistair's jokes as lacking the broad reach of generalization of either the British government or global politics, I still commend him for comparing the sad loss of Prince Philip, part of the old and somewhat distinguished monarchy, to a living, but o so disgracefully still a part of the royal family, who we could have done without.
@@barkebaat Maybe the topic racism is a reminder of how much more negative impulses people with dark complexion are exposed to? Or, it could be that Athena's humor seems to be a little bit too lightweight for the surrounding company of well-exposed (and slightly privileged) comedians.
