The mod itself is wonderful. I use the cars for scouting the map. Only one think is a crap: the Isuzu is always oversteering in low speed (25 - 30mph), Ford, Dodge and GMC oversteering at 70mph+. Maybe, someone can fix that.
Go to the dodge or Ford truck in the customizations and select cabins. That is where you will find the police car and etc. Thank you for commenting & Happy Trucking

I was to thinking something like that too. I hope the person that made this mod may update it like that in the future. I did see that they planned on making all ai Cars Drivable in the future as well.
The lights are binded to the same key you would use for the flashers that are on top of the usual semi rigs and the sirens are binded to the airhorn keys. Thanks for the question and Have a safe night on patrol lol
Sounds like fun to me..I plan on doing another convoy with the police probably daily this week or every other day. So if you see I'm live woth a police convoy feel free to join game.
