поддерживаю. хороший синт, хоть и есть некие шероховатости с самой прошивкой (иногда приходиться перезагружать) но сам движок шикарен. микрокорг курит в сторонке нервно))
I think it would be good to produce some arty vinyl overlays for the Skulpt - a good idea might be a design competition to get some artists to design some funky templates and get it back in the limelight a bit......it could be fun. I have to confess my Skuplt has sat there a bit gathering dust and I need to get it out and start playing with it. Maybe as it's so dark I don't play with it so much ( it's pretty dim in my room!). Perhaps some lighter /different vinyl templates and different coloured knobs might inspire peeps to use it in different ways. There is a lot of life left in it yet I reckon. I do like the small form factor of it. How about a Buchla style template or a Minimoog looking thing. Just something that would be fun!
That's a great idea, as its quite a versatile and powerful synth, with lots of options and great harmonics. It just suffers from difficult UI / colour scheme.
Hi! I need help understanding what means that the Skulpt sequencer can record up to 256 notes? As I understand, it means that there are 64 steps in total with max. 4 notes each? The sequencer can also be 1, 2, 4 or 8 bars. But if it is 8 bars with a total of 64 steps, then each bar has 8 steps? This is a bit confusing for me, because I’m trying to record a long sequence with one chord per 4 bars (its a slowly evolving pad). I have a total of 4 chords, so I need a length of 16 bars but Skulpt only has 8. Is there a way to decrease sequencer speed by 2? Without affecting the clock/tempo? My Microfreak has a rate adjustment and that allows me to have long sequences and I would like to know if there is something similar in Skulpt.
