Modded Tarkov is Best Tarkov 

I wish there was a mod to make this a co-op game. Eliminate the hacker worry, and just progress with friends.

Imagine having abusive parents and then for one day you get to spend the night at someone else's house and you actually get a glimpse of what things could be like if your parents were actually functioning. Papa Nikita heard that we were actually being treated well and so decided we're never going to that house again and he's killing that whole family

I think nikita is angry with modders just because they have better ideas and better developing skills than BSG

Vanilla Tarkov stink good to see SPT getting more shine BSG is brain dead for antagonizing modders. Nikita is just mad his team is less competent than a discord server.

I was definitely not considering subscribing until he yelled at me, now I subscribe, mythical dairy tooling implement.

I essentially turned my game into ghost recon: Tarkov Exclusion zone. 3rd person mod completely changes the whole feel of it. And the damn immersive raids mod. Holy shit. Nothing feels better than laying down on a sniping spot for a few hours eating pevko and sausage while listening to some nice tunes and watching the airdrops and death squads roll by.

This video feels like a safe haven for my tarkov-tortured mind :D Awesome stuff and even better After Effects skills, I definitely have to see a tutorial on how to achieve that!

Crazy that some gamedevs dont realize that modders do their projects out of love to their game. BSG is missing out on a lot of potential and new ideas just because they decide to go against and shut down a modding community that, for example in other projects like stalker or fallout, makes sure that the game always offers a new, fresh and different experience. Instead of investing the money to sue these communities, they could employ some of the modders that created interesting projects and even managed to find solutions to adress issues in the game.

Straight facts. Tarkov, undoubtedly, is a unique and promising, but niche product due to a sh*t ton of various problems. SPT is what makes playing EFT for fun possible, and i hope it'll always be there for casual gamers like myself.

Now, hypothetically, all that I would miss is the ability to play this hypothetical product with my hypothetical friends. Truth be told, there are games that are similar to Tarkov and that are co-op but none of them seem nearly as cool as EFT's weapon system (modding, gunplay, effects of armor and ammo, weapon sound design), at least to me. There is just something special about this specific comination of weapon systems, armors, overall customization, survival mechanics, traders, looting, quests, maps and even characters that just "hits right". This hypothetical product can fix a lot of things that BSG is just too lazy or incompetent to fix, and I hope that hypothetically one day a hypothetical co-op mod will be developed.

Love that they have an absolutely rampant real hacking and cheating problem and are putting all of their energy fighting the people who are trying to avoid the hackers.

The more I play Tarkov, the more I do wish it were more of a Stalker experience... Idk why they dont just do it themselves. (i know that stalker exists, i just enjoy tarkovs setting and content more than what stalker brings to the table, i've played stalker. i know what it is.)

I generally don't like hating on BSG, but the one thing that I can't get is their refusal to work with modders. Modders keep games like these alive. Some days I want to just chill, but I can't just play SPT because I don't want the risk.

Ive seen multiple people interpret the line "russian f*ck" to be hatred towards russians, presumably because of the current political environment. The russian part was just a describer of the person i was insulting, not meant to be part of the insult. I would do the same for Ubisoft, or probably any non-american company that was doing something i thought was bad morally. I apologize if any russian people felt attacked by that, i really didnt mean it that way. I've actually been enjoying the new wipe, and i wish bsg the best, and am glad they seem to have chilled with copyright abuse in the last year or few

Love this video, play a lot of Single Player Tarkov myself, especially when I have nobody to play regular tarkov with, I always try and find SPT tarkov content, though the last time I watched a youtuber who posted a series of him doing a playthrough of single player tarkov, and ended up being hit with a strike from BSG. It sucks, but I love SPT AKI, and sometimes it can be even better than the live version.

Tried out SPT because of this video! Loving it so far, had a scav run where I spawned with only a TT and managed to kill all 3 goons.

Held back from buying Tarkov due to the huge learning curve and having other things to fill my time, but now that I know about SPT I think I'm gonna buy a copy of the game and just NEVER play online until I've fully learned the mechanics and maps in SPT, then make the switch to MP. Hopefully by then they've sorted the audio/desync/cheating or at least started on fixing it lol

this mod makes me wanna buy tarkov and play it , i am a casual player and love the stalker genre , the idea of a realistic hardcore single player game with good gameplay with maybe some co op with friends would make millions of dollars !! imagine this wonderfull game with no sweats , no try hards , no cheaters , just you and the hardcore immersive experience , it would make extreme success

I get why this is so judgmental of the game and it’s a lot of cool mods but you completely ignore the fact that there game is the framework that allows these things to exist. Like yeah single player mod is a lot easier to get right then for multiplayer. Both can exist but your huge amount of hate for the people who coded the game your now modding is ignorant af.

As much as I like SPT, it still feels like you're running around just killing scavs. Even if the PMCs act like people, it doesn't feel nearly as rewarding knowing it's basically just a buffed raider AI.

Just here to say I've played more SPT than tarkov live, played one wipe and got driven away from the money grind, the cheating, the bushwookies... SPT mods can make the bots and progression as easy or as hard as you want. Only thing missing really is being able to play with friends. All my friends that played tarkov, quit; some play SPT, some don't. But all of them said they would play SPT if it had co-op, or would go back to tarkov live if it had an "offline" progression profile to play with friends.

After the wigle video i did my own testing by entering a raid with max gear an going where i know no one would see me to hide. Somewhere no sane person would go. No loot arround nothing. Within about 20 raids i had died within the first 5 minutes each time on average. All by people that would run in an start shooting beffor they would round the corner to me. Death by dammage to head/eyes. Then did the same with just a Mosin, a small backpack, and simple armor. Within about 30 raids, only one person ran into me. Sptarkov is the place for me now.

I wish they'd hire some of the modders. Obviously they can help make improvements to the game and it could speed up development a lot.

This video inspired me to come back to SPT and actually play it as opposed to using it a sandbox. Turns out it reminded me that troubleshooting SPT is literal hell and I will forever envy anyone who shows their SPT with the exact same mods work just fine. Great video tho

the problem with SPT and the bot overhauls is they're still stuck to their spawn point navmeshes just like the scavs are. Most of the map is dead empty with just bots fighting in predetermined tiny arenas. It's not remotely the same as fighting player PMCs.

Heres my experience: Realism SPT - changes too much, like way too much. Its bot progression is cool, but makes things way too easy because youll find every bot carrying a CAR and oodles of health items. Valen's Progression mod is better balanced.

First time hearing what spt is but damn, does it sound like fun. Some of the included changes should just be in regular tarkov. Bartering, recoil, sounds, shaders, the hideout, all this stuff is borderline dog water tier in tarkov. Don't get me wrong, I love tarkov but I feel like BSG has a vision that definitly won't make the majority of players happy. I get their focus on realism but at the end of the day it's a game and as such it should be fun first and realism/difficulty second.

Cool mods, but this stuff kinda just bums me out. I think we could all agree that Tarkov is a unique (multiplayer) experience and that the nature of it is what attracts us all. But essentially what I see is a community that struggles to sit back, and instead they just push and pull for so much. Because BSG has shown a promising game, they get sooooo much feedback from perfectionist gamers that judge the game like they're 5 star food critics who simply don't share the same vision. Nevertheless, you want to try and please a loud crowd. However, cheating is already enough of an external factor slowing progress, but now modding could continue to grow into a significant hinderance too. I don't resent modding at all, and maybe I'm looking into it too much, but I think the fastest way towards progress is just supporting and trusting the devs.

Awesome video. We all know that BSG is never going to complete the game with all of the features they envisioned - they've said it themselves. Why wouldn't they capitalize on the modders to help them complete the features they can't once they are done developing the game? It brings longevity to Tarkov where it would othersie die. Also, it's amazing that modders can totally fix the dogshit recoil system while we rejoice when we get 10% reduced cameras recoil on the live servers lmao

Man if nikita wasn't such a dictator over this I'd say they should add community server features so people can play modded tarkov with each other.

The reason there is more people playing SPT than there is the online version of tarkov is because in SPT, there are no hackers. Now if they can get a coop version of SPT, that would be awesome

Soo this mod is basically a far better player friendly oriented game with features that were promised years ago, and most of them are basic changes.. Very sad for BSG. Hope the modders get the praise they deserve, well done for making changes that would take years for BSG to make! Keep up the great work!

I would love a game that combines the gameplay of Squad with Tarky quality guns/gear. 45v45 player matches. then have an in game currency/trader system. so you'd have the dynamic squad system with large maps with tarkov guns and aesthetics. essentially a raid that last 1-2hrs with 45 people on your team. 9 squads of 5 players. imagine the chaos

Really sucks that BSG gets angry at modders and mod support, even though mod support proves that it increases life spans of games (look at Source games like Counter Strike, Insurgency, Left 4 Dead, etc.) Either way, I'm glad SPTarkov exists, along with two single player type extraction shooters (Zero Sievert, Road To Vostok and Project Quarantine) Also those are some awesome and impressive mods

I would love the shit out of spt if the player AI was more interesting and fun to fight. It's basically just scavs with better aim and it's boring imo

Tarkov is just annoying to play bsg only cater towards people that either are terminally online or streamers the shear amount of grinding to do endgame content isn't possible if you have actual life responsibility's on top of that people that play all day get bonuses from skills they grinded so you cant even pvp right without like 4 hundred hours of gameplay each wipe

Co-Operative/Solo raid mode with seperate progression and with brutal AI seems like a perfect addition to Tarkov right now if they are having trouble with the cheater problem. If I was Nikita I would be looking at what people like about these mods and start either working on a seperate mode or add in some of the features the addons have into the base game. BSG most likely have plans of a solo/co-op mode but until that is officially released I think they should just let be the SP mod and instead take ideas from it as it progresses to make their version better.

at this point let's just make a fork of this game, leave nikita behind and develop this as open source😂

With all the cheaters running around I found out about this mod and have really wanted to try it. Can I have this mod installed and still play normally if I want? Is it better to buy a separate account and run it on a separate drive?

Been using Spt since a long time , and all the bs for being banned is like i said .... BS like many others said follow the tutorial and launch the game separately and you won't have any issue

Some other stuff, earlier versions of SPT Have had more mods, some of the modders just stopped updating until 3.5.X came out because they were finding it hard to keep up with the updates. I dunno exactly about some if they are updating there mods or have fully depreciated them and the sort but one modder. The person who made the KMC Stuff added abunch of gear some patches and cosmetic items (Think IR Strobes, helmet Cameras, No step on sneak patches etc.) that you could put onto their new armor and helmets some reskinned bags new calibers and new firearms as well.. Sadly KMC's Gear and Weapon Mods have been outdated since 3.4.0 with the Core being as far back as 3.0.0 if I recall correctly.

Tarkov isn’t meant for single player this mod is pointless

So if we did live in an alternate universe and these mods were to actually exist (which they don't), how would you go about playing this imaginary version of the game in co op?

I like the feature of stamina depleting once you get hit, but it needs adjustments. It should only happen when you get hit in the legs. Getting shot on arms or thorax may not be felt instantly because of adrenaline. Also you feel your wound when you look for it. If you don't know for certain that you were hit, or saw someone shoot you from close range, you won't feel the wound instantly. It's sort of like how you fall off your bike as a 10 year old, go home hours later and find your wound when changing your clothes. Only then you start feeling pain. That also depends on your pain tolerance and the seriousness of the injury or felt pain. I hope you get what I mean.

This is NOT the greatest modification to a game that I've NEVER played. I have NOT spent countless hours in raids in this game and I do NOT enjoy it.

Its ego. Nikita and the other devs are too invested in their ego and because of that, they will suffer long run repercussions for this game. I do feel the cheating epidemic coupled with lack luster responses from devs is going to be culminating eventually

Theres no point to anything besides literally messing with gameplay and stuff... but its pointless lol you have a great raid just to go fight AI in an offline only game. cool but unfortunately SPT AKI-SERVER IS MALWARE, LOOKED IT UP A LITTLE WHILE BACK AND UNINSTALLED , PROPER TROJAN ON SPT AKI SERVER , NOT ON THE OTHER FILES BUT STILL CAN'T SPT WITOUTH THE SERVER SO YEAH NAH , i would use it if it didnt come with a proper trojan on the local server it needs

The actual problem with SPT from a dev perspective is that all of these mods have the potential to be used as cheats. There are strong connections between the SPT modding community and the cheat community.

Honestly why not just hire the modders? Or contact them out/purchase a license to use their specific mods in game? It would cut down on costs and production time and the community would benefit greatly, with added incentives to improve the game and more consistent updates with features people actually want!
