Review of Mode's latest keyboard, the Tempo.
All opinions here are based on my personal preferences/tastes. The Tempo was sent by Mode for a review video. No other remuneration was given in consideration of the review.

Great review man, your remarks are very well constructed. I like the comparison between a similar - the frog mini. It's good to see objective review nowadays.

Thanks! Appreciate it :) It's a bit hard being critical since it doesn't "sell" or get views as compared to hyping up a keyboard but I figured it's better to tell it as it is.

That's preference man, I just don't like the font on it and would have preferred if it was just the geonworks logo or something. I don't read through forums or discord so I am not even sure if I am the only one with this take.

Great review. It would be interesting to see your review of the cycle and neo products in the future. In my region the tempo is 3x Neo65 cost and over twice the cycle7. Obviously different layouts but there are more layouts to come.

Thr BD60 sounds and feels better to type on, in my opinion. However the tempo really has a unique look and is a bit heavier so it feels more premium. It will be up to you to decide which you prefer more. I would personally go BD60 but that is a slim edge over the tempo since I personally like the look fo the tempo more.

@@TheDredgenProject thank you! I had the same guess but it’s great to hear your insights since you tried both. I really like the look of the Tempo, but also have a lot of trust in GrayStudio’s work. It’s a hard choice.
