At my previous job at a factory/warehouse, I was given a decent overlay and walkthrough on how to run and maintain nearly a dozen pieces of heavy machinery, fill orders, swap pallets, and who to track down if I was having problems that I couldn't handle on my own. Hell, I was doing things efficiently enough to where I was training other newbies after only being there for two or three months. I wasn't thrown into a corner and told to figure it out for my damn self, and I don't get her overdramatic attitude of that being what a 9-5 worker is like. Even the most low bar minimum wage jobs and part time gigs have some kind of training before they throw you somewhere. Hell, even in LA where so many damn young kids flock to to become an actor, the most basic training you can see is how to fall or do vocal work correctly and safely to avoid an injury - which is what I encountered doing a seasonal gig at a haunted attraction. But, of course, unless you're sitting on your ass doing nothing as an "influencer", none of that matters.
