In that kind of situation where the wall need to follow the floor elevations. I don't use walls I used floor and adjust the thickness of the floor ex. 3'6" and then just trace the curve wall. After that you can manually adjust the height of the floor wall that you made by Modify Sub Element then pick the point and adjust height
