36:00 The difference between GL and DX normals is that the DX normals have inverted green (Y) channel. When exporting models for Unreal Engine for example, DX normal map needs to be exported by selecting -Y for green channel.

I faced the same, but then I realised maybe it's because I was working on the older version, I updated it to the latest one and boom it worked. The file opened. Download the latest version and try, it'll work
